Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. AustraliaWalking to the hotel from the bus station with the pebble gravel road was very difficult lucky my husband could carry the 1 small bag because it was difficult to drag the bag.
Location very central, room size a bit small but for a couple with only 1 bag is ample space but if travelling with 2 big bags then it will be a very tight. Please note it has only 1 floor but no lifts so you have to walk up narrow steps. We were lucky we had only 1 bag but the reception helped us with the bag because he saw we were an old couple.

It’s very affordable with very comfortable beds. The location is amazing, and the staff were great. We asked about a taxi to the airport and they took us themselves. the facilities aren’t fancy but perfect for a short term stay.

GermanyMaybe having some more toiletries would be nice. It is not very cheap but considering the prices in Santorini, it is the cheapest you can find.
I requested a room with the balcony and the owner was so nice to arrange it. The room is quite spacious and very clean, it is serviced every day. Everything worked fine and we enjoyed our stay. It is in the very centre of Fira, very comfortable and not too noisy at nights. The staff also helps with activities and tours bookings. You get a 10% discount to use at their restaurant which is not 100% greek and quite expensive but it is fine to just eat something.

Great value for money, rooms were very clean and quiet, staff super friendly and helpful (they even got us a gift to thank us for staying with them and being friendly), location is in Fira city centre, close to everything you might need. FranceThe restaurant. They charge you extra things, they say you have 10% but you pay for thing you didn't eat. Avoid this, even for breakfast. It's expensive without any vue. Just go to other restaurant you'll be better. Hot water takes time to come.
Close from the city center the location is really perfect for visiting the city and start the walk to Oia. The staff is really nice with you and takes time to give you information. The room contains everything you need. It not luxurious but more than enough if your goal is to visit and not staying at this hotel. Clim is a plus too

United Kingdom-Room is small, but I expected this. -Some power sockets are old (2 pin EU, but not the current EU standard). Therefore, some of my chargers had very loose fit.
