The view is spectacular and Elizabeth was so helpful and responsive. She booked us our transfers to and from the hotel and had a person available to help transfer our bags. She provided us with all the information needed for sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The place was clean and as pictured.

Perfect location in Oia. Elizabeth, the manager was brilliant. She was available over watsapp and arranged all of our transfers and luggage collection. The views were perfect too.

I wish that our room was decorated a bit more special as it was a very special occasion for us. usually in the past, most hotels that we have stayed in, if they know its a special event, they kind of add their own something extra to make it even more special. The room was a lovely room and the manager was very helpful, however there was no special addition at all, given that it was our 25th anniversary.

The property manager, Elizabeth was very helpful and responsive. we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with a whole bunch of friends and she helped me get some reservations for a dinner etc. she also helped with transportation etc.

Really minor things when compared to the upsides. The walkway between the tub and the loungers is actually a shared walkway for the room next door so less privacy than expected. Had to stay conscious when in the room people might walk by and look in through the glass door so need to close shutters to dress. Latch on door to patio didn’t work so doors would be open if not locked (which I couldn’t do because the room next door might want to come through) - as a result there were a few tourists who wandered down for photo shoots not realizing it was a private space. The loungers are great for lying on your back - but foam/not adjustable so not comfortable to lie on your stomach with your back inverted.

It was also easy! Such great communication - waiting for me at the port / brought my bags down for me and everything was ready for me. The place was spotless. The location was perfection / right below the main thoroughfare and between two of the blue domes. The jacuzzi was great to have (not hot like a hot tub - felt great to cool off ). Then they collected and stored my bags and met me later with my bags in a taxi when it was time for me to go back to the port.

The pictures are a little out of date, and there is a shaded area over the plunge pool (which was more a hot tub). However, it was still a lovely spot.

Elizabeth and Oresti were brilliant and helpful. Lovely staff. The location was perfect and views amazing.

Perfect location with an amazing view of the Caldera. The city center was just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Artia Mansion. The kids loved the pool, and Elisabeth was incredibly helpful, arranging all our activities and the airport transfers

The only improvement we could suggest is increasing the frequency of room cleaning. Currently, it is done once every two days, but daily cleaning would make the experience even better. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend Artia Maison for anyone visiting Oia. We can't wait to return!

We had an incredible stay at Artia Maison in Oia, Santorini! The location is superb, offering breathtaking views that made our trip unforgettable. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and provided a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Host Elizabeth was outstanding, always available to cater to our requests. She went above and beyond by suggesting fantastic places to visit, including wineries and restaurants, and she helped us with car rental and cruise bookings. Her assistance made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. Additionally, she arranged for massage services at half the market price, which was a wonderful treat.

Excellent boutique hotel. Everything is new and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrived they served us a delicious homemade lemonade in the lobby while we completed the paperwork. Room was very clean, bathroom with shower were excellent and bed was comfortable. Compact and concise. There is an elevator. Breakfast was amazing with your choice of coffee type, basket of fruits, basket of breads and then your choice of one full breakfast item from the menu. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the acropolis and the food we had was good. The name of the hotel matches the lobby, food presentation, and overall artistic vibe of the hotel. I like the authentic Greek vibrant feel of the Psiri neighbourhood with the street art and cafes. It is about a 15 minutes walk to the Acropolis

Breakfast was not included and perhaps some more pantry stuff. But didn’t bother me. The Aircon started leaking, but it’s off season so staff couldn’t come out to check it.

would be great to provide breakfast, but understand it is the quiet season without many tourists there.

The location is great, with blue dome church scenery just behind the balcony. the hotel manager Elizabeth picked us up at the port and introduced the property and all the activities we could do during the stay and made us feel very welcomed. She showed us all the room facilities and organized another housekeeping service for us. it is the quiet season with lots of restaurants closed, however, we still .enjoyed the stay with very high level of service she provided. We really appreciated her husband helped up carrying all the big luggage up and down the stairs.

Honestly EVERYTHING!!!! There was nothing to not like and the location is perfect! Elizabeth, the manager of the place, is amazing. Her willingness to help at all times and the suggestions of nice places to visit that she gave to us made everything about our stay here even more worth it.

The only thing to note was the shower floods easily, the water appears from another drain in the bathroom. Otherwise no complaints!

The view is gorgeous, we had multiple spas a day just relaxing enjoying the scenery. A few people can see in to the area, but compared to many other accomodations we say in Oia this was much more private. We loved lounging in the sun and having dinner on the deck with the sunset over the domes. Elizabeth and her team are amazing too.

The outdoor lounge chairs had a musty scent or perhaps it had been a bathroom for the feral cats wandering about. They didn't smell so good. The hot tub is on the small side, but plenty big enough to accommodate a couple.

This is what Oia in Santorini is all about: 1. The view 2. The private hot tub 3. The terrace. 4. The cave house style I can't recommend this place enough. It's in the heart of Oia, with breathtaking views overlooking the caldera.

Pool outside was hot but we managed to cool it down! Clothes washing facilities would be the only thing missing to make this absolutely perfect.

Huge room with your own private patio and pool it was the most stunning view, about 20 steps down from the main strip but so quiet. AC was super cold which was stunning.

Elizabeth was fantastic, a lady who evidently cares about her guest's. We were met promptly from the airport and taken directly to our accommodation. The porters were also great helping us with us to and from our accommodation. We never actually met the owner which is a shame, but Elizabeth's customer service was second to none, and cant thank her enough for Making us feel so welcome, safe & in the best of hands. Thank you for the extensive list of recommendations, I was so impressed by your quick fire responses and reservation making for us. The location of Artia Mansion absolutely perfect and is situated between the two famous blue domes in Oia, I'm also not sure there is such thing as a better view. breath-taking! Loved our stay.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at Artia Mansion! The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We paid over £500 just for a night because of the location. The place itself is not £500 worth it. It was a special occasion for us, otherwise I wouldn't stay. Also the jacuzzi is hot water and you can't change the temperature. In a hot day it is not pleasant to get into it.

The location is almost perfect.
