Unfortunately even though we booked as "Breakfast included", they do not make breakfast. They just provided with some ham, cheese and break in the fridge and you need to make breakfast yourself. So book without breakfast, as you won't be getting any.

Very nice location, clean and spacious room with a nice view. Host are wonderful despite the fact that they don't speak English. Sunbeds are also available and there is a large deck for sunbathing (if one would desire). The property is high up so the view is spectacular (but it's quite a walk if you are walking by foot).

The position was good, the room was well-furnished and organized. They provide a boiler, a toast maker, bread, cheese, some snacks, and free drinks for your breakfast. We enjoyed the view from the room.

The bed was ROCK hard. I've experienced firm beds European style but this was even harder. The place could be a bit cleaner as we found small hairs around in non main areas like behind sink tap. Considering we skipped cleaning for a day, accomodations for one extra hour for check out time at 11am would've been nice given there was no place or waiting area for shelter from the heat provided by accomodation in middle of a super hot day before our pickup for airport. But there's a cute confetti dessert cafe nearby.

The location is amazing and the sea view was phenomenal. The check-in and checkout process were fairly smooth but it's sort of a staying at a small b&b experience where you have to find the front door and knock etc. At check in, the host did not speak English which was understandable.

Not very close to Fira or Oia, but if you don’t mind walking, about 38 min walk from Fira (mostly uphill), we did it twice with no problem, there is a bus option but we didn’t explore it.

The view from the terrace was amazing, convenient for Imerovigli restaurants, good point to start walk to Oia, bus stop to Oia at walking distance, comfortable, Artemisia was very nice and kind with us during our stay.

Stopped shirt of 10 eating for two reasons, which could easily be solved..and really should. 1) Probably most guests are not Greek, and at the end of the day would like to watch some TV, particularly movies to relax. No channels except Greek is very frustrating to guests. Even if YouTube was provided, at least guests could watch something if interest, including some limited movies. 2) Breakfast fare is basic, which is generally OK but for the high prices Santorini hotels charge, I bekieve the breakfast fare should be at the least augmented with some variety like even a small amount of fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, feta and maybe a banana. That way the packaged meat and cheese does'feel so, well 'packaged'.... I believe w/ these two, low cost jmprivements, the perceived quality of Artemesis Apartments will be rightfully elevated.

The best view! We loved sitting on the terrace and watching the boats go by. And the owner was really kind.

Breakfast did not meet our expectations and was very basic (toast bread, elementary cheese/ham, ...) in fridge, which you subsequently can eat in your room. No served breakfast. It's better to go out and have breakfast in town, so take this into account when making a reservation

Santorini. It's overrated, overpriced and overcrowded. The Caldera really isn't that impressive. The island is just a large litter dump. Infrastructure barely copes. Couldn't move for people trying to contrive their best photo opportunity. Go to another Greek island.

Friendly older couple on arrival who did their utmost to make us welcome. Great view and within 3 minute walking distance of supermarkets and eateries but still quiet. Breakfast nothing flash but no worse than eating out. Room serviced daily.

Breathtaking views and a convenient location between Fira and Oia. Friendly local owner who tries their best. The entrance is a bit tricky to find via maps - but it's next to the 'Let's Eat'. This is a good budget option with a view

A toaster for the room (there was a sandwich press though) and a couple of bowls so you could have cereal for breakfast.

Location was good, in Imerovigli, so a bit quieter than Fira & Oia. Especially when multiple cruise ships were in. Accommodation was good, clean & tidy. Mario was very easy to deal with, organising our transfers for us without a problem. Good balcony area where we could sit and enjoy the sights of Santorini.

No coffee machine. No possibility to prepare eggs or reheat anything. just a bare toaster. Delivered breakfast ingredients are decent but too basic (e g. instant coffee sticks ..)

Outstanding view and location, similar to the ones enjoyed by expensive premium hotels, in a quiet selective neighborhood, yet at a walking distance from Fira, with both affordable and fine dining options less than 5 mn away by foot. Very clean property and reactive host.

I have no complaints

Oh my goodness, what a GEM!! the view is spectacular! from sunset to sunrise. You get it all here, the room is spacious, clean, with a kitchenette, A/C and two windows that give amazing views of the volcano, caldera, a pool, large patios and white wash homes. It gets better-location is just a two blocks away from Cafe and many eateries. Well worth the cost.
