We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomDistance from amenities, very dark at night, kitchen utensils there wasn’t many. But the stove and microwave both worked. Wi-Fi was a bit patchy
The bed was super comfy, the room was big with a small kitchen. The bathroom was okay it’s a little away from Fira we were able to walk but if you can’t it’s a bit isolated. You can go via the camping place up the road as it has a shop you can get bottled water and breakfast.

AustriaThe non heated bathtubs, and small cleanliness details were a little disturbing. As an example we were about to take a bath in the tub and noticed quite a few dead insects popped out of the pretty cold water (from the filter). Also the shower had quite some spots of mold in various spots.
The room was nice and decoration felt very homely. The bed was comfy and large. The free cookies and wine bottle were a very nice touch.

United KingdomWe didn’t realise the jacuzzi wasn’t heated - the jacuzzi we had was in the shade under the terrace so it only really got sun for a couple of hours in the morning, which was a bit of a shame.
The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff were nice and it was kind of them to gift us a bottle of wine and cake to settle in with.

IndiaThe location is pretty far from the centre so if you don’t rent a car or ATV, don’t book it. This place is located in a village so no street lights and walking to this place after sunset can be a bit scary. Jacuzzi pool was not clean.

United StatesThe room was ridiculously too small, no place to put suitcases. The jacuzzi didn't work. The safe didn't lock. I mentioned it to the representative, and nobody came to fix it. There was no place to put toiletries in the shower, so I had to place the shampoo and soap on the floor and bend down. This was uncomfortable for a 66 - 70 years old couple. The room was not clean enough. The location feels unsafe to walk around, especially at night. The communication with the representative Alex was poor. I was very disappointed at this place.
Santorini Island is beautiful! Find a place with a view to stay!

EstoniaVery clean hotel and suites, nicely decorated with unique sea view and great signal of WI-FI in whole venues. We enjoyed the outdoor private non-heated jetted tub. Despite no reception or breakfast service, the arrival housekeeping, wine and mineral water were wonderful extras. The Central Bus Station is just a few meters away, a making it an ideal location for exploring. You simply have to witness this for yourself. It's an unforgettable experience!
