We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWith the exception of a small card welcoming guests with the WiFi code there was no other information or 'welcome pack' for information or guidance (not even a bottle of water in the fridge or the usual 'don't put paper in the toilet' notice), so maybe they are more geared to the totally independent traveller with car. Manos did respond when asked so no complaints there, maybe I gave the impression I was totally independent (I'd been to Rhodes and Santorini before). Didn't bother me but noisy dogs barking next door to the bakery, and airport is not far so jet noise audible - but I wouldn't let that deter me from staying again, had a very good time here.
Room was very clean and tidy, overlooking the entrance garden with a small balcony ovelooking field behind. Wi-Fi good, air con kept the room comfortrable for sleeping during hot nights. Bakery opposite was great for coffee and drinks - open all hours and so friendly with awesome selection of cakes and baguettes etc. There was a minimarket and tavern nearby too, didn't use because I was out most of the day. Bus stops (I didn't have a car) very close made access to Heraklion easy for local bus to Knossos and excursion bus picked up at nearby Karteros Hotel for longer trip to Spinaloga. Ideal for a 'quieter' holiday away from the crowds but with good access to all the

United StatesManos the host was very responsive and helped us get a taxi at 3:00 AM. We only stayed there because we had an early flight the next day, but were pleasantly surprise the room had a seaview terrace and was walking distance to the beach and a high end restaurant. Excellent spot overall.

United KingdomMy apartment was one of the old ones, so it felt a bit outdated and old. The airport is nearby and planes can be quite noisy.
The apartment was clean and spacious, and located in a great position, out of the traffic of the city and near the sea, you can easily reach the beach by walk in few minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved to have breakfast on the balcony.

EstoniaAll was good, really nothing to complain about. The only thing we missed was a washing machine, but the staff was kind enough to advise us on a laundromat not far from the property.
The room was huge, with a nice living area and a big bedroom with a nice comfy bed and air conditioning throughout the apartment - which is a huge plus considering the temperature outside. The terrace was also big and with shadow. The location was super, with a 15 min access to Heraklion Center by bus, store and bakery with great coffee and deserts right across the street from the apartments, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff was super nice and the room service once a day was a nice bonus. The location also has a nice small view of the sea, and all the amenities were awesome. A nice thing is as well that the rooms are very well sound proof, no noises from outside are heard. The cats were also very nice and a cool addition to the experience 🐱

The spacious apartment was clean and well appointed although decor and furniture seems to be from the 1980s . Nice gardens . Walking distance to beach . Bakery/Coffee shop opposite . Supermarket 3 minutes walk . Aircon worked well. Beds very comfortable . Helpful owners . Each flat has outside table ,chairs and sunbeds under pergola .
