One negative was that the mattresses were fairly hard and not very comfortable. They could have used a layer of padding on the beds, which would have made the mattresses more comfortable. Also, there were no drawers for clothing. The desk was nice but would have been more useful if it had included a dresser with some drawers.

The breakfast at Aressana was plentiful, with American and many Greek dishes and pastries to choose from. Everything was fresh and delicious and made daily by the kitchen staff. We also had lunch and dinner there, with more limited menus but also delicious. Good-sized room and bathroom, with an excellent shower and a nice patio opening onto a shared pool. The hotel location can't be beat...right at the top of Fira, next to the pedestrian walkway, so very convenient with no major sets of stairs to climb! Some of the best sunsets in Fira are right around the corner!!

Nothing everything was perfect

EVERYTHING !!!! It was absolutely sensational the staff were all amazing, the food and the drinks from the bar/restaurant was fantastic. The location and the room were unbeatable we were so happy with our stay we didn’t want to leave. I also got a massage at the day spa and it was also a 10/10. It’s a bit of a maze getting around but thankfully you can figure it out in 1-2 days.

The location is right in the middle of Fira and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Excellent rooms and very comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was good but not great (no omelets for example). The staff are excellent and took good care of us. They even packed breakfast to go boxes for us the day we were checking out as we left pretty early in the morning.

The balcony was a nice space but lacked privacy with neighboring suites. The swimming pool area was very nice place bask in the sun but the water temperature was too cold to enjoy being in the water.

we recently stayed at Aressana Spa Hotel & Suites and had a great experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to cliffside views, restaurants, shops, and the local bus system. One of the highlights was the buffet-style breakfast, which was well done and much appreciated. The facilities were quiet and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend Aressana Spa Hotel & Suites.

I had asked for a balcony before I had arrived they could not accommodate me for one. It did not seem that busy during my stay I was never informed about the full Spa until the day I was leaving, I decided to explore. Otherwise I would have utilized it.

The pool, room, staff, cozy bed, white towels and robes. Breakfast was also nice.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the presence of flies around the swimming pool. Fortunately I had some insect repellent with me which I had to keep using. I would have hoped that the hotel would have attempted to address this problem but we saw no evidence of any activity, just acceptance of the problem. We have been in other hotels where they have routinely sprayed to keep inspects to a minimum.

Very central and easy to walk to restaurants, shops and bars. The famous Santorini sunset can be viewed free of charge just 1 minute from the hotel. We received a very warm welcome, the reception team were super helpful and attentive throughout. They had a brilliant system to keep sun beds free at all times - a very polite note was placed on each sun bed every day stating that unoccupied beds would have any books/towels/personal goods etc removed and placed behind the bar for safe keeping. It worked a treat, there was always a bed available and we were a party of 6.

There were lots of flies around the pool. The hotel didn’t make any attempt to spray them or control them.

Wonderful setting, excellent reception team who couldn’t do enough to help you and look after you. A good poolside menu, sadly it was not offered beyond 6pm, even though the pool was open beyond this time. The only option is to go for the ‘gourmet food’ in the restaurant.

The staff are fantastic, so welcoming and friendly. In particular, the reception Ana was so helpful and even upgraded our room for us. Such a great experience at this hotel. The location is PERFECT! So close to the Fira bus station (every bus goes through here from the island) and at the start of everything Fira has to offer in terms of restaurants, shops and the walk to the other towns. This hotel is incredible.

Couldn't find anything we did not like.

The Hotel was beutiful and spotlessly clean, the location was perfect, within walking distance of the Caldera and the nightlife. The staff were fantastic and so helpful and friendly, they really couldn't do any more to help you. The food was exellent, from the buffet breakfast to the poolside lunch menus. All in all we loved our stay at Aressana hotel and would highly recommend this hotel.
