An amazing experience and highly highly recommended stay in santorini. It was our honeymoon trip. Suite management gave us an upgrade for free to one of their best room with amazing views. Also the room was decorated for our welcome. A very very special thanks to Jona Mecaj who helped us with every single bit from accomodation , fooding , arranging transport to explore around Santorini. She is very welcoming and always ready to go at par to make your stay comfortable. And last to thank Kristi who was very helpful to carry our luggage down the hill to the room and deliver food to our rooms.

Unfortunately there was one little detail that I will mention only to suggest you to ask when you book. Maybe because the season was coming into a close and maintenance was at full force, we had some noisy repairs in rooms nearby that started at 8 am! Since it’s something that the hotel could not control I can only suggest that you ask if this would be the case during your stay. The breakfast was served in the balcony outside of our room and the noise was really loud sometimes.

The property location is very special for the view. It’s in a generally quiet neighborhood. The hotel is clean and breakfast and dinner were served exactly at time requested. Food was good. The best was to have access to a concierge cell number. Jona was so attentive and answered all our questions without delay. She helped suggesting activities, making reservations, arranging transportation and ordering diner. She is very knowledgeable and was always available even when not on duty at the hotel. All staff members that we came across made a huge difference in our stay. Our room was ready when we arrived and arranged with flowers, welcome wine and little gifts. All was very nice. I would consider going back to the same property.

The suites really captured the Greek feel, all while being in an amazing location. It was a short walk to Fira, where everything was busy, but super quiet at Aqua Luxury, allowing us to get the perfect mix of party and peace.

The hot tubs never got really warm enough despite several attempts. Not a deal breaker but something that should be addressed as I heard others with the same issue. But this shouldn’t stop you from staying here.

Our suite had a huge balcony and a superior view. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and if they didn’t carry my luggage to and from the room I couldn’t even have done it with all the steps. we had an unexpected problem the last night, not of the hotel’s making. They were quick and effective to solve it. Great place to stay. Whatever you do DONT chose a hotel in Oia. Way too busy, way too commercial and zero parking. This is by far the best location area.

I loved everything.

Breakfast was delicious. Many options to choose from. Difficult to eat outside because the bees kept trying to eat our honey pancakes which was very annoying but overall super yummy and on time! The guy who delivered our luggage and always running back and forth we highly commend him because the heat and hills/stairs are no joke! He was the best and always had a smile on his face!

Excellent location with breathtaking panoramic views of the Caldera. Staff could not do enough for us, & always with a smile, so kind & considerate & made our holiday extra special. The room was huge, with most comfortable bed. Beautiful breakfast served daily on our balcony.

Everything! Stay in Aqua Luxury Suites were one of the best, from the room to the view to the services it was all Par excellence. The suite was very clean and well arranged and had beautiful view of Cladera and Island . One of the idela location to stay.The staff at reception desk were very pleasant and helpful. I would like to appreciate Ms Jhona, the guest relation officer specially. She was so helpful in everything, and pay very personalised attention to the meed of guests. I have requested a baby sitter and the way she arranged everything and keeps me updated about the kids while me and husband was on the tour is commendable. Mr Jhon, one of the driver was also very cheerful and informative. I would love to come back to Santorini and stay there again.
