Not a complaint but people with reduced mobility need to be aware this is a cliff hotel and island so if you have mobility issues you might find this challenging, we are fairly fit in our late 50s and in the heat it can be particularly difficult the same for families with small children. My one observation is the room and outside space is a little tired and could do with a refresh the pool is well worn and jacuzzi pump noisy as on floor above us which we discovered as the guests above decided to have a late night dip.

Honestly cannot get a better view of the Caldera from the honeymoon suite, truly breathtaking. The service from all the staff is impeccable and nothing was too much bother and always with a smile. Possibly the best service from any hotel I have stayed in. The location was fantastic as there are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel and Fira can be reached walking safely if you want more of a buzz. The hotel restaurant and bar is also lovely if you want to enjoy a cocktail and they also provide room service. The quality of food was very high. All the amenities you need are there for short or longer stays.

The spas were too hot to use during the day as it was also hot if you decide to stay around your room for the day.

Being charged by the resort $60 euros for the trip to the resort which I thought was too high a price. However, when I booked the return to the airport and paid the taxi $25 euros compared to the $60 for the arrival, I was not happy with the customer treatment upon arrival. 😑 7

The breakfasts were very satisfying and the breakfast choices were very good. The views from our room were exceptional.

This place is absolutely amazing, I felt like home and treated as a super special guest. My experience in Aqua was just perfect, I even got a very kind surprise on my birthday. The only criticism I would mention (nothing to do with the suites or staff) is that people stopped outside our door to take photos and chat from early every morning. But that is only because the views were so amazing!

We had an amazing room with spectacular views, and were upgraded to a fantastic suite with private pool and terrace. We were also granted a very late checkout on the last day! The amenities were incredible, the bed is the most comfortable we have ever slept in, the food wonderful, and all the staff super helpful and friendly. A special shoutout to Chrysta and her team for always being available to help!

There is nothing to not like !

This luxury suite of Santorini is just amazing. The suite overlooking the ocean and the view is breathtaking. At night with the lights is just out of this world. I would call this “Heaven” .

The water in the shower was not too warm and the pressure was weak. Also the bathroom could have had better lighting. A common, shared pool would have been great, however they have rooms with private pools.

Lovely place in a beautiful location! Colleagues (Christina from reception helping with everything right away, the bellboy taking our luggages up and down on the stairs, the F&B guys serving Breakfast, Nikos driving us around) were amazing and helpful! They also arranged a little surprise for a birthday we celebrated and upgraded our family members on that occasion as well! It was really great and they showed genuine care!

It was absolutely perfect!!

From the moment, I booked, the hotel reached out to me introducing themselves to me. Chrysa seemed genuinely excited for our stay. Our room was upgraded and the view is something I will never forget. My sister in law was due to travel the following morning and would be missing the room service Ocean view breakfast. To make sure she didn't miss out on it, the wonderful staff brought us breakfast so she would not miss out on it. It left us speechless. Chrysa recommended Thalami restaurant for our dinner and it was exactly what we wanted. I can guarantee that I will definitely be back!!!

I booked the room from BOOKing. We have been here before, but we were not as happy as this time. Christina received us warmly and took us to our room, along with the handsome front desk and beautiful lady. The bellman carried 4 luggages for us and told us how to take photos.
