Clean room with a nice beach view from the balcony. The location of the rooms are far/take time by car from Adamas with the small roads that lead to it. Perfect, if you are looking for something quiet and to feel different than living within the city.

Amazing location - you need a car to access it. But, away from all the crowds and still in front of the one of the best beaches. You can't go wrong with this at all. Def going to book again when visiting Milos

Fantastic property in a quiet beach front location with a taverna next door. Friendly staff undertaking daily cleaning and a top up of essentials. Couldn't fault anything, highly recommend staying here 😊 oh a bit of helpful advice... your gonna need a hire car, quad etc if your wanting to explore the island as it's location is rather remote. We would definitely stay here again.

It was quite unclear on the website what the difference between the rooms were. It would have been better if the descriptions were clearer on the website. There weren’t many cooking utensils. There was no place to wipe or wash feet after coming from the beach so we walked sand through the apartment. There was no place for the shower head to be held up so we had to hold it when we showered. The lights were a very bright white light which hurt my head. A warmer yellow light bulb would have been better

Really nice apart-hotel in front of sea. The room was nice and comfortable and the price is ok. You need a car to go there since there is no bus. The communication with the host was perfect. We had small breakfast and cleaning service every day.

We would have liked to have a fan in the room as we don’t like air con, and some bedside lights for reading would also have been great. Little things that didn’t take away from our lovely holiday.

Our room was right in front of the sea, it was kept spotless and it was cleaned every day. The room was simple but very nice and comfortable. The staff at the agency were helpful and kind and since we rented a scooter they even brought our luggage to the place for free. The beach is beautiful and quiet. We had a great stay.

You need a car. Speaking of which, people park in front of your view but that isn’t a problem and I prefer it to being inconvenienced by having to park further away.

Everything. You can rent an apartment spitting distance from the beach. We stayed at Queen no. 3 which has an amazing terrace, huge bedroom, a convenient kitchen with all the utensils we needed. Free parking right in front of the door. For those wondering: our shower had a handle but we didn’t need it. The construction is finished and the restaurant is right next to the property :)

Not a dislike just good to be aware. Location is at a beach with only a tavern close by. So good to bring water and other necessities. You can of course always drive to a store, shouldn't be more than 10 min drive.

The property is located right across the street from the beach! Nothing quite like having your breakfast while looking at the ocean, or going in for a quick morning dip. They set a small breakfast for us everyday in the mini fridge, which was super helpful as there's no store close by The room was quite nicely set and everything was pristine clean. Bathroom was very cool! We definitely loved the facilities and the closeness to the ocean.

Self transportation is needed since it is located on a beach where there is only one restaurant, no alternatives.

No wifi, not a problem if you have a bit of data with your mobile subscription. Renovation works just outside as they are building more rooms.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, well decorated. Lots of light, room to prepare simple meals and nice little terrace outside to eat them. Just by the beach, in the morning you have the luxury of being alone, and same at night. The beach doesn't get too crowded in the day. There's a restaurant just outside, so you could just stay there for a long time. Milos isn't too big, so rent a car and visit the rest.

If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay and spend some of your holidays by the beach this is the place for you. My partner and I loved this stay. The location was fantastic right by the beach. You will need a car to move around as is located in the south of the island and at night time will be tough to order a taxi. The accommodation was spot on, super clean and the staff was lovely they were replacing our towels and getting fresh drinks/coffee every day. Loved it!

Bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom got very damp and stinky. Big window in bathroom with no blinds or curtains to cover. Could see in whole bathroom from outside. Also room was so so bright in the morning.

Right beside the beach. Very kindly left some snacks in the fridge. Close to drive anywhere. Tavern within walking distance.

First of all, I was disappointed with the view, as there's purportedly sea view, but actually only indirectly (see pictures). Secondly, there was no wall mounting for water faucet in the faucet (although shown in the pictures at booking) so we had to hold the faucet in our hands (unacceptable given the price). Then, there was no hot water (also unacceptable). We also have booked the Deluxe King Room, but they gave us the Deluxe Queen Room (although I suppose they were pretty much the same). Breakfast was just things bought from the supermarket (some had also still price tags on), so nothing special or matching the Greek hospitality. But what I found utterly unacceptable and is the main reason I am rating the hotel so low, is that the cleaning personnel once forgot the keys to all of the rooms in a bowl at the patio OUTSIDE OF OUR ROOM DOOR (she didn't even remember where she had forgotten them), meaning anyone could have gone into our room and taken our stuff. Upon mentioning that to the cleaning lady, although she apologized for it, she answered that people there don't steal! Overall, I would never go there again, as I am extremely disappointed with the stay there, given the price.

Spacious and clean room, bed on the comfortable side, although a bit hard, calm place, friendly guide at the travel office agency, but that's about it.
