We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities one could need. The hotel's location was perfect, close to key attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. United KingdomWi Fi seemed a bit weak in some spots and did not work in one of the bedrooms and the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was very noisy and would often wake me up in the night, which was a shame as the bed was really comfy! Was a little nervous to use the bath towels in case they got dirty as there was a warning that we would be fined!
Breakfast was amazing, great choice and delivered to our room at a booked time. Beautiful quiet location just a 15 minute walk into Oia. Great view from balcony of the sunset. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely pool with pool side bar delivering drinks and lunches, and always sunbeds available. Very short walk to some local restaurants and bus stop. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Super clean. Would love to come back :-)

Fantastic pool, lovely staff, breathtaking views from the balcony. I loved the breakfast - something very rare in hotels. Amazing for couples. Also very comfortable parking was a great plus.

We really loved our short stay, staff were extremely helpful and the communications prior to arrival made everything very easy. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to your room. All the staff were very respectful and helpful, we would definitely return and recommend to others.

PortugalBreakfast could be better. Fruit always the same, bread and sweet could be fresher. Even so, Greek yogurt was excellent, as well as the fresh orange juice. Greek scrambled eggs were also tasty but not. Prices are expensive overall the island, so comparing to other hotels, it is good value for money, but looking at it indenpendently, it is expensive. You can have better experiences and hotels for the same prices on another countries in Europe
