They didn’t have a proper room to get washed or use after we checked out, our flight wasn’t till the evening time . There was only an outdoor pool shower to use

Nothing major but: The room service was not the best for a 5 stars Hotel. The room was clean but for example only 1 pool towel was left the second day instead of 2, we ran out of toilet paper because no additional ones were left after the 2nd day. It's not a big deal but just expected better from a 5 stars Hotel. Overall everything was great and would recommend this place for a calm and relaxing vacation

Staff at the hotel (reception, bar and restaurant) was really nice, very helpful always smiling and welcoming and ready to support. The location is not bad close to fira marketplace but we rented a squad to be able to go around easily as taxis are very expensive in santorini and the walking distance is a little too far. The view is great. You can easily spend a whole day at the pool in the hotel.

- There was a bit of a communication issue between different members of staff, as wonderful as they were individually. When we arrived, we were told our bags would be bought down (lots of steps!). We waited half an hour before we went and got them ourselves, as we had a dinner reservation and needed clothes. We also asked for our air conditioning to be looked at, as it wouldn’t go below 25.3 degrees C. They said it would be looked at, and there was no evidence it was. - We didn’t get any information when we checked into the room - I called reception to ask for the WiFi password and to ask the times that breakfast took place. - Transfers to the airport particularly were extortionate - 45€ one way for a 10 minute drive. - On a busy road with no way to walk to restaurants in the evening as most roads do not have pavements or lights.

- The views were INCREDIBLE at this hotel. Sunsets were indescribable. - Our room was beautiful, and the bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in since we got to Greece. The water pressure was fantastic, and the hot tub outside was wonderful. It felt really private. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. We also appreciated that the curve of the cliffs blocked the view of the many cruise ships docked outside Thira. - The staff were absolutely lovely, and were effective at sorting out an issue caused by Booking.com’s lack of communication when I requested a room change (they granted it but didn’t actually inform the hotel). - We loved the restaurant! You had a gorgeous view, and the maitre d’ was just absolutely wonderful, as was the waitress. One of my favourite eating experiences in Greece.

The hotel and property were absolutely STUNNING! The most romantic hotel I've been to. We stayed here on our honeymoon for the Santorini portion of our trip. The staff was so friendly and very attentive - shoutout to George who manages the restaurant! George and his staff went above and beyond! Highly recommend this hotel if you want the best views in Santorini!!

Staff were incredible. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Loved that the hotel was busy but always free sunbeds. Rooms small but sufficient. Breakfast and lunch were lovely and the cocktails fabulous.

The restaurant lacks a little bit compared to the hotel. Not much range of foods and the service was kinda slow. Would also prefer if the jacuzzi was a little warmer but maybe it was kinda cold because we stayed off season.

It was as perfect as it can be. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They would help with everything. The room was very comfortable and clean. Ours was spacious. Jacuzzi was clean. Service on the hotel/reception was AMAZING.

The only negative aspect of staying at this hotel, was the rude restaurant manager (the guy with the bald head) during breakfast. He is racist and does not seem to like people of colour. I’ve observed his attitude towards non-white guests over a period of 3 days, and I am appalled at the manner in which he treats “certain guests”. Really shocking that we have to deal with people like this in 2024!

The location of this hotel is incredible, with insane views of the caldera. We booked a room with a private Hot Tub and this was great. The room itself was modern with all the amenities you’d expect at a 5* Hotel. I highly recommend hiring a “buggy” from George, opposite the hotel and exploring this great island.

The property is stunning! Close enough to get everywhere but peaceful and quiet. Great views, beautiful room and pools. The staff were unbelievably welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The general manager and George the restaurant manager were fantastic. The food is high quality, all sourced from their farm in Athens and direct from the island. We booked a short trip to go wedding venue hunting, we viewed venues all over the island but nothing compared to the Apeiron, so we have booked there for our wedding. I cannot recommend this place enough!

There was nothing we didn’t like

The location of the hotel was perfect , very close to the airport and the port and with very good connections to Fira center. The staff was excellent . Never had experienced in my life such a welcoming atmosphere. Ms Areti at the reception , Mr. George at the restaurant and Mr Michalis the driver treated us in the best way making us feel part of their family! We had a two days stay in the hotel and we really managed to truly relax and enjoy thanks to them. The room was clean with perfect views … we wish we had booked for more days… we can’t wait to be back ! <3 we really truly thank you for everything!

Room 101 (cristal the lux) was mervelous, view was breathtaking, very high standard in all of servis areas. VERY Close to Fira, close to all of interesting places of Santorini.

Everythink was perfect, a specially very, very kinde and helpfull Staff. Mr. Jorgos a specially, but not only he. Thanks to alll of the team of Apeiron !

Sadly the area is a bit more quiet, the next bigger city is 25 minutes away by foot. Therefore it’s really relaxing and a bit more private, not crowded with tourists.

The staff was beyond friendly and nice, they made the stay an experience to never forget! Great restaurant, breakfast and public pool area.

It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Fira from hotel, which wasn't a problem for us, but might be an issue to someone who is not used to walking or have mobility issues.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views, all the staff were lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our stay there was as comfortable as it could possibly be. There was a nice selection for continental breakfast as well as the meniu for hot breakfast options. The hot tub was heated 24 hours a day, which was extremely nice as the weather wasn't very favourable for swimming in the pool during our stay.
