We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This was the most magical place to stay. Every room comes out to a pool area with an incredible breathtaking view. We did have a room with a hot tub. It was so private. The breakfast was good, the staff were lovely and friendly.

AustraliaThe fact that the laundry or the ironing are not included in the package, and that they were kind of expensive extra services. I see them something like essential things, specially for a long stay.
It's located right out of Fira, so really easy to access and move in or out. Since it's not in Fira, it's not busy/noisy due to the heaps of tourists coming everyday, and it's less expensive, still offering the best view of the Caldera, and the same comfort/facilities of other expensive places. The staff is really nice and helpful, specially the restaurant manager George (not sure if I spelled it right lol). The view it's nonsense awesome.

The breakfast had great variety and the pool area was very comfortable and beautiful. The room itself was clean and I liked the little arrival gifts including greek yoghurt lip balm! The colour of the room did look a little bit like a cell and I thought there would be a bit more space but the bed was huge so that would make sense.

Amazing location just south of Fira. Nice to be away from the crowds. The hot tub room leading onto the pool was just perfect. Views were incredible and staff were great.

United KingdomThe only improvement would be that the bar and everything else shuts at 10pm which isn’t a massive issue but as you’re about a 35 minute walk from the centre, it’s a bit of a pain if you’re wanting to continue the evening, so to speak.
The hotel and view is absolutely stunning plus it seemed reasonably quiet which meant the service was far more attentive (big shout out to George) and there were always beds and tables free. Rooms were fantastic too and the breakfast and dinner menus were good - could perhaps just use a few more local options.

AustraliaVery impersonal for a small hotel, no one was welcoming. No water in the rooms, had to ask for WiFi code, Rooms not practical for suitcases, only option for lunch was to sit in outside area which had little sun protection so went next door to Volcano View who were amazing!
Loved the crystal pool although could have done with curtains like the rooms below as no protection from the sun in the afternoon.
