No workout (gym) park nearby. Also even though WiFi was good 90% of time, there were instances when WiFi was unusable.

Owners and staff were amazing. Location is also amazing as you can walk anywhere from here. Lidl is really close, which is a huge plus. Beach bars are across the street which is awesome if you plan to spend majority of your time there. Parasailing and water sports are starting from spot on beach which is directly across the hotel so you have a ton of activity to choose from.

Very pleasant location, relatively close to the beach, 3-5 min walk, the location is more secluded compared to the middle of the resort and the noises, for me it was a plus.

The hotel was near great beaches, the owners were kind, welcoming and very friendly.

One elevator in design could help old guests with big heavy baggage to handle the baggage. This cannot be fixed. Recommend to split in 2-3 smaller baggages instead of 1 huge.

Had 2 rooms apartment at the 3rd floor (last level) and is great for family with kids, having each room a balcony. Hotel have tall ground floor, counted as 1st which is prepared with electric chair to lift disabled or old guests. First room have small kitchen device with most needed tools. Silence, no traffic in area, cleaning and towels changed twice in one week (this was good). AC was working great, being one in main room, but effective if you keep door open between rooms. I recommend 1st or 2nd floor, being probably less need of AC during the day. 1st floor have balconies also. Beach is at 4 minutes walk on the green wild path, free beach between 2 clubs, having also option of the paid sun beds from the club. Place with restaurants close to Paralia Katerini park are at 15 minutes walk, but in sunny days be aware to cover the head, while is hot. Parking is good and do not forget the parasolar's. Extraordinary availability and support from owner, Stefano's. Pool is a great option, where the water is warm enough

It was a little bit out of the center. The bathroom was a little bit small.

Hotel Jason has perfect location and balcony view. We liked that everything was super clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Internet was also great. But what we loved was the garden and big palm tree shadows there.

The bathroom is way to small and water comes out of the draining every time you shower. Being warm and humid the water can't evaporate from the floor and when using the toilet you will have to stay with your feet on it.

The hotel is quiet and relatively close to the beach. The personal was warm and helpful. Room was clean but improved must be done as the furniture is past its glory.

I was thinking not to say anything about my experience but I feel I have to since I rented 3 rooms and not 1. I feel the 9.2 rating kinda misslead the potential guests (same happened to me). In one of the rooms, the toilet was not clean. The shower curtain was dirty and the 1st evening when I wanted to take a shower a spider fell on me. There was a lot of mold and dirt behind and inside the toilet bowl. The whole bath room needs serious refurbish. The most anoing was the air conditioning. We had 2 evenings when the machine didn't wanted to start cooling even with closed doors as advised. You feel at 37 degrees + that you would better sleep outside. I didn't expect a super hotel as I knew it is a 1 star, but even so... you expect a clean bathroom and a working air conditioner when you stay at almost 40 degrees.

The personal is warm and helpful. The place is quiet. Rooms on the 1 floor seem better, at least bathrooms are larger.

Hospitable hosts, very nice and clean facility away from the city noise, beautiful seaview, the beach is near, free parking all around, great wi-fi.
