A great location with stunning views. Nice to be in a slightly quieter part of the island but still easy to get out and explore. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful with arranging trips etc. Delicious breakfast. We had a really amazing time here.

Staff and the service was absolutely amazing. It reaches the level of a 5 star hotel. Dimitri was a very good driver and staff, he really helped us with everything. The reception was also very helpful.

There are stairs in the room to the loft where the bed is. They are narrow and steep and can be a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Just need to be mindful.

Smell in the shower-sulfurous gases coming up through the pipes. It would not go away. However, this was a very minor issue and did not detract from our stay.

Exceptional staff that will go above and beyond to take care of your needs. I’m not easily impressed and this was definitely one place where the owner and the staff take care of you like you’re their family member. Beautiful and quiet place, with amazing views of the caldera. Restaurant at the hotel was very good and we chose to eat there several nights. Breakfast is excellent, cooked to order and included in the rate.

We really enjoy the views …but what will always keep in our mind and memories are the people who make this place out of this world with their hospitality and daily smiles. We will miss them…and will really miss this place already even we traveled all over continents..

Property is a gem. Extremely beautiful views, kind and friendly staff ready any time to answer to your needs and wants. The breakfast is also very tasty and plenty of choices to choose from… The fresh orange juice made our day and the espresso coffee pods will offer you a restaurant like experience.

It would have been great if there had been a few twin bed room options. The matresses were a bit soft to our liking. But these are very minor points in what was a most relaxing holiday in heaven.

Loved the calm, serene atmosphere and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Also the free rides from the hotel to Akrotiri and the paid chauffeur rides to nearby sights were a great added service. The breakfast selection menu was delicious and the small restaurant did an amazing job :-).

The property has excellent customer service. No doubt the best I have ever experienced. I am a frequent traveller and Apanemo was our honeymoon location. I can happily say the staff and the quality resort will make your stay a memorable one. For all the right reasons.

The only small thing that could be improved is the positioning of the TV in the room. As our room had a lot of windows, the TV was wall-mounted at an add place, that did not really make sense.

The staff including the owner - Spiros - are fantastic! They are kind, humerous, courteous, and very service-minded! It's a really welcoming and charming atmosphere that they create! I'd go again and again.

The room we received was nice but not the same as the picture shown when we booked. We informed the reception and they did offer the room in the picture but for the next day onwards as it was already provided to someone else. This was a little disappointing because we couldn't be asked to change the room the next day after settling down. Nevertheless, the room, staff and hotel were lovely. Do note the room we stayed in had a bedroom in the loft so it was quite warm despite the aircon so just a little heads up if this is a deal breaker for some travellers.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. They made our stay very wholesome and I can't praise them enough. Always welcoming with their warm smiles. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, views from the pool and breakfast. Breakfast was 10/10, with no flaws. The hotel is a little bit further up from the nearest town however the hotel does provide free pickup/drop off to the town or nearest bus top which is very handy. It is an uphill walk! Also, do note that because the hotel is a little higher up it can be windy but it was fine for us as it was really hot so it just balanced it out.

Twice in your Booking.com description you listed this 4 person suite as being at street level and “entire unit located on ground floor “ it is not a suite and there are 36 stairs in spiral no-bannister staircases needed to reach the unit. My wife is 80 and broke her leg in 8 places and I specifically took this unit for access. Also nowhere in the description does it say where and what type of beds we were getting for almost $600 per night. You need to assure accuracy and validity of these accommodations as I ran into this issue in several properties. Thanks

Quite location and nothing about that we could walk to due to the heat. Very small town with a convenience shop and two restaurants but hotel readily transported us to town where we could catch bus easily to go elsewhere in Santorini. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the peaceful beauty.

The pool and view were exceptional! The food and staff were amazing. Special thanks to Aleni, Angelos and the exceptional staff who prepared and served our food.

Everything feels luxurious, clean and new. Although our room is next to the pool, it’s not busy and we still enjoy our privacy. The view of the caldera is stunning. For those who enjoy lying in the sun poolside, this is a great place. The hotel provided beach towels and helped keep our belongings the next day after checking out while we made an excursion to the beaches.

We loved EVERYTHING! The welcoming, the staff, the food, the decoration, the wondering cats, the recommendations of places to go to, restaurants, rentals (scooter etc.) It was a very cosy and family type place.

The only small issue was that our room (loft room) had no bedside tables or storage shelf so we had to use the floor for our belongings.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast choice was extremely generous and great to have bottled water in our fridge each day and a lovely bottle of wine too! Being driven down to the village each night was definitely a bonus.
