First impression was fantastic & it was....beautiful hotel..loved the location...lovely decor & hotel staff very friendly & welcoming. Large room with good fridge & bed very comfortable. Housekeeping was exceptional with beautiful soft fresh towels daily. Lovely buffet breakfast with a good variety to choose from. Towels & sunbeds supplied for the beach was a lovely surprise

The cold jet and cold pool. For this reason we couldn’t enjoy the facilities as much. I also paid additional money for using the spa facilities but the steam room wasn’t working.

I liked the location, the hotel itself was really nice and clean too.

The surprise for my partners 60th was amazing!!!! We were greeted so professionally and with great care.Nothing was any trouble from the advice on not to drink the tap water and local restaurants to try,booking taxis to ensure we were not ripped off.s We cannot fault anything about this hotel it was the best and location was perfect. The room and all areas were spotless,shower was lovely and warm with everything in the room that was needed.The maids were all very polite and always there to help. Food choice was exceptional and delicious 😋. All the staff we came into contact with were very polite and always with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Smoking allowed and actively encouraged in dining areas. West facing rooms with private pool have cold water in pools as sun doesn’t reach (to warm) until late in day, and then only in a corner of pool

Staff was vey helpful and very nice. Especially ladies from the Spa, Gentleman at breakfast and pool bar and the ladies at reception. Special thanks to Spa ladies for going extra mile and helping me with my emergency pedi repair! The pool area is very quiet, relaxing and clean. Hotel location is perfect, few steps from the beach but private.

Everything was perfect - staff were helpful and cheerful, breakfast buffet had lots of choice and was fresh. Everything was clean tidy and fresh. Location was perfect too, lots of bars and restaurants a few hundred yards away.

there’s basically no spa. if you buy a massage they will let you to use the facilities for about an hour. in our case they were late with the massages which were quite expensive and they asked us to leave the spa in like 30-40 minutes because the next client was coming. the sauna was broken too so it couldn’t sustain 90C temperature.

The main pool has limited sunbeds due to it's size, so unfortunately there is the usual battle of guests placing down towels early. The daily breakfast options were sometimes a bit repetitive or an unusual choice, chocolate gateau for breakfast? The nearby hotel Rena was occasionally loud due to it's guests proximity to some of the rooms.

We were offered a complimentary upgrade of our room upon arrival, which was generous with a larger private pool area and the room itself was exceptional. The hotel is extremely clean, well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A wide range of spa treatments avaliable plus a small gym, generally a very calm place to relax and unwind in the sun. The location has excellent access to local restaurants, shops, the beach and transport. Better value than staying in Fira or Oia on the island

Not enough space around the pool. Selfish guests grabbing sunbeds before breakfast (probably happens everywhere now)- could have been monitored by presence of pool staff.

Exceptional breakfast -freshly cooked and fantastic choice to suit all needs. All staff were very friendly helpful and very attentive throughout our visit. The reception staff always there on hand to answer queries. Hotel so central for beach shops and restaurants and not too far from main towns Fira/Oia Great place to stay which I would definitely recommend to others
