That we couldn't live there 😂

Fantastic villa which is perfectly designed for a family/group holiday - many different places to sit, eat and relax together but big enough for everyone to have their own space when they want to. The outdoor area is beautiful and we loved being able to sit and eat at the big dining table overlooking the pool, especially when it was lit up at night. The pool was great and we used it several times a day. The beds are really comfortable too! Antonis is an exceptional host and will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, including arranging car hire, transfers, recommendations for activities etc. His mother was so kind and thoughtful too, and her baking is the best! I could go on forever... Basically I would recommend this villa without hesitation to everyone - it actually brought us closer as a family because we had such beautiful surroundings in which to relax and spend time with each other. This was the overall thing that made our holiday so special. I also need to mention that 5 minutes drive away is To Antikristo, an amazing family run restaurant which we went to twice in a week due to the incredible food and lovely people.

This was our first time visiting Crete and our host and his family were wonderful, Antonis was always available if we had any queries or needed any help with anything from excursions to restaurants! The fridge was stocked with essentials on arrival including fruit,water and beer! We had locally porduced Olive oil based shampoo soap amd showergels in each bathroom. The villa itself is super modern and furnished to a very high standard, and I have to mention the matresses on the beds themselves, they were obvioulsy new and very very comfortable and supportive - particularly important for me as I have a lower back issue. One of the main reasons I booked the Villa was because of the size of the swimming pool, it looked huge in the photos and I can confirm it was huge in reality also! Perfect for us asa a family of 5 but also big enough for larger groups. The location was ideal for us, it was about a 10min drive outside Chania's Old Harbour, but in a very private and quiet area. Good access to several local supermarkets/restaurants (which also deliver) and round the corner from a waterpark and go kart track. Obviously there a few lovely beaches to visit locally and further afield also. Plus........every morning, Antonis or his family delivered us a variety of treats, from cakes to home made wine! It was an idyllic venue and location and we were made to feel so welcome by our host - would highly recommend this Villa as great loaction for a family holiday! Thank you Antonis and family.

Could do with a smaller pan to make rice and maybe a couple more bowls but otherwise excellently equipped kitchen

Beautiful garden, pool, BBQ, view, friendly welcome, high standard of furnishings, cleanliness, good kitchen, comfortable beds, large bedrooms, welcome goodies in the fridge and gifts of cakes and homegrown vegetables, lots of help with local arrangements. Antonis and his mother were very charming. Would definitely stay again.

Honestly I can't say absolutely nothing negative here

I can't recommend the villa highly enough. It was top notch from the start. The host is amazing and very accommodating one of the group cancelled days before the trip and I raised the issue with the host and without any questions I've got a refund the very next day. Once there the villa it self and the host blew us away, I wold say it is better than the pictures in every sense. I went there with high expectations and was not dissatisfied at all it lived up to it's name it is very tastefully and I would say luxuriously decorated. We loved the villa and Crete it self and the fact that is 25min drive from Chania international airport. And the ancient city of Chania is worth a trip on its own. And last but not least I am lost for words how amazing hospitable and friendly are the hosts parents Eleni and Kostas who live in the neighboring property. The ware very polite and introduce them selves on the second day and told us slot about the best beauty spots to visit and then proceeded to treat us with home made delicious, and I can't stress this enough, food throughout or stay. You won't have to be surprised if you find A dinner waiting for you after a long day on the beach and the next day after you've been out to come back to a chocolate cake on the table waiting for you. All I can say is that I recommend the villa and the whole experience of visiting Crete with both my hands and Heart.

Everything was perfect.

Had the most amazing stay at the villa! The property is so beautiful, well kept and extremely clean. Antonis and his mother are both so kind and were so helpful with recommendations and sorting out transport from the airport on arrival. His mother brought round some amazing food and homemade wine for us during our stay. I would recommend anyone who is visiting Chania to stay with Antonis. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The villa was spectacular. Spacious, clean, comfortable and so tastefully done. It had everything you could possibly need. The host, Antonis, was so friendly and always easy to reach. He replied to all messages immediately and was always willing to answer any questions and help out. Antonis's mom baked us a delicious chocolate cake and Cretan dessert. Such a sweet family. The villa has a big beautiful pool. My kids are teens and pre-teens and with all the beauty of Crete were always excited to get back to the villa. The location is also central to wherever you want to go and so peaceful.
