United KingdomI think that the pool area could be maintained better. Guests would appreciate and benefit from someone routinely cleaning around the pool. This isn't so much a negative, just an observation. The pool is and was always clean! The curtains need replacing as they definitely take away from the quirky Hotel style, and a guide on how to heat the indoor Jacuzzis would be great. I would also put a sign up so that guets can locate the toilets.
The location is great. There is quite a steep hill in order to access the hotel but don't let this put you off. The staff were very polite and helpful, in particular the receptionists. The breakfast was more than enough and the pool & bar are decent too. If you would like to book anything then I would do so via reception. The prices aren't much different from the street vendors and you can get picked up, dropped off, or even have a car delivered to the hotel. The best location on the island for me (Kamari). The only place that I would stay with children. Loads of bars, restaurants and the best strip of beach by far. You can use any of the loungers that belong to the restaurants, providing that you have lunch there. We stayed all day and had lunch. It was very relaxing. I would recommend Eanos!!

QatarThat the indoor hot tub didn't really work, they repaired it in front me and I had to stay in the room for 2 hours for it. Also the window door didn't lock , which posses a safety threat , they offered to change the room but it wasn't in a good location. It wasn't worth 800 Euros for 3 nights. You have to walk up a slope to reach the hotel , no parking space for Rented automobiles, kamari beach is atleast 10 minutes walking.
View from the room was nice , And breakfast as well . Ideal for families and couples.

Excellent array of hot and cold breakfast items. Room was large with a hot tub. Large swimming pool with a bar few feet away. All issues were promptly looked after. Angela at from desk was superb! Absolutely fantastic views of sunrise! Two large flight of stairs to get to the room. Also, a rather steep hill to climb from the beach to get to the hotel; as seniors, was a tough grind but were able to take a break mid way and it was manageable.

NetherlandsI remember reading someone's comment about the location of the hotel as it is situated on the hill. I have to say it can be a challenge when you had a busy day :). However due to the location this hotel is more private than the other hotels, hence something you might not like is actually advantage of choosing this hotel :). We climbed for 9 days while we stayed there for 10 days so we managed quite good!
The STAFF!!! They are great, especially Eleftheria and Nicos. I have never seen other hotel staffs are doing this much care to the guests. Their friendliness and great support can easily compensate some of lacking point of the hotel. On my check out date, we were early so cannot join the breakfast. Yet, Eleftheria arranged breakfast for us. This you do not see at any other hotel. My memory of this hotel is friendly staffs from the colleagues in reception to bar and others who clean the room and care the hotel. They are all great! I can imagine some people might mention the deco or facility of the hotel as they need to modernize it. It didn't bother me so much though. WIFI as well as location was good, too.

Hungary- the floor looked like aged and dirty however it was clean. - cutleries were not 100% cleaned. If you are concerned with sanity this might bother you.
-24/7 room service -super friendly and caring staff -nice hot tub and shower -close to bus stop which goes to fira - close to kamari beach and walking area and restaurants -great view from the room and balcony -nice pool area and family friendly -delicious and reasonably priced food at hotel -good breakfast I would definately recommend booking this hotel for your stay.
