Super clean and modern studio with lovely balcony area. Close to centre and beach.

It's a great place with a nice view and a really lovely rooftop area. The owner, Ioanna, is super friendly and helped us with every question we had and made our stay very comfortable. The beds are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking, the balcony is spacious and has a nice view. The bathroom is well equipped with a handheld shower as well as a overhead shower + the toilet has a "bum-gun", and everything is really clean and tidy. The studio has its own parking lot and we can totally recommend the place.

Booking.com misrepresents the location on the "show map" function. Anna's Studio is actually further inland and uphill!

Great spot. Beautiful place. Very clean. Only critique is that the woman who ran the place didn’t. Communicate very well relative to and the instructions to find the place were vague and had me wandering around for 40 min or so.

The studio is in a beautiful little village. If you rent a bike or a car it is a perfect area to explore the island from.

We really enjoyed this apartment, its a short walk to the beach and restaurants - or even closer if you want to swim from below the cliffs. The balcony was big with a nice view of Piso Livadi and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Apartment was very clean, Really liked this place!

Good kitchen fully equipped except for no coffee or tea in the room - just a small issue

We really enjoyed our stay at Anna’s Studios in Piso Livadi - a great location less than 5 mins walk from everywhere in the town. Lovely view from the balcony, and our room was comfortable and spacious, and was cleaned everyday. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Piso Livadi.

We liked everything! The balcony wasn’t shaded during the day, but this wasn’t a problem. Great for washing to dry if needed!

The property was brilliantly located, close to the small port, restaurants, super markets and scooter rentals. The most beautiful church and hidden gem of a beach, located just a stone throw away. We stumbled upon this by mistake and it was simply out of this world. The beach at the port is amazing too! a lovely day can be spent there lazing about. Our hotel room was immaculate! Lovely size bed with 2 pillows each! The balcony was so cute and gave us gorgeous views whilst having breakfast. The owners were kind and helpful, although mama doesn’t speak English, this wasn’t a problem. The Pink Bouganvillia at the entrance to the hotel was probably the most beautiful I’ve seen on Greece! The kitchenette was well stocked with everything you could possibly need! The Room was cleaned daily, which was so appreciated.

Matresses were good but pillows a bit uncomfortable.

The owners were very friendly and helpful! The location was good because it was quiet and still you could be in less than 3 minutes by foot in the center of Piso Livadi plus there is a private parking in front of the studios. Our ground-floor apartment was well equipped, very clean (also due to fact that they were cleaning it every day), had a lovely terrace with flowers and shade and was spacious enough. I loved the fact that they have installed a mosquito net in every window. Overall it was great!

Make sure to have a car to move around the island.

if you’re a non smoker & there are smokers in both rooms either side it is difficult to stay on your balcony- but this happens everywhere

wonderful big airey room, exceptionally clean, I had a central room so very big balcony with lovely views to the sea, refurbished bathroom, all kitchen facilities, private location but still close to the restaurants and beach, very comfortable bed

Tea and coffee already in the room would be nice (there is appliances for that but no tea bags) but it wasn’t a problem to go and ask the owners downstairs to share some with us.

The stay was delightful! Owners super friendly, rooms brand new and modern. The view from the balcony is very amazing also. There is also a shared terrace where you can cook or just enjoy your evening with a drink (of course you can do it in your private balcony as well). Piso Livadi is small but very beautiful city. We wished we could have stayed longer.
