The facilities were very clean but in need of upgrading the overall appearance to fit more of a vacation feel of this beautiful location. Was asked to dispose of used toilet paper into a trash can versus into the facilities - that just has no description as a request to your guests and speaks to the previous upgrade comment.

Views were excellent of the caldera and coastline. The staff were friendly, offered suggestions for sightseeing, dinner and food options.

All the steps and the fact that the units are sold as Suite/apartment with shared jacuzzi, but our 2 units which was next to each other didn't have a jacuzzi with it, we had to book an hour slot with strangers (using the jacuzzi at their unit). Never answered any messages prior to our arrival.

Loved the view and the quirky look of the units. Loved the fact that they had guys carrying our suitcases, because there is a lot of steps.

The hot tub is only for two people and not four and it has only 1 temperature setting in summer meaning that you can only use it during the day, at night it was too cold. There is no much privacy when in the hot tub because you are just next to your neighbors hot tub/terrace. The house is nice overall but it requires some maintenance, the bathroom especially. I didn’t like to find that the shower gel bottle provided was diluted with water instead of replaced with new shower gel, this is not acceptable under any circumstances but especially not after paying this price. Please don’t do it! 😊 The host was overall nice and answered all our questions and needs but a smile would have not hurt!

We are a family of four and stayed for three nights. The location is great, walking distance from the main attractions in Oia, from many restaurants and cafes. The location is also about 10 mins walking from the bus stops that connects Oia to Thira. There are two small local markets a few minutes away. The house is in a lovely spot with an amazing caldera view! It has also a nice little terrace with hot tub. The family room is very spacious and it has got a kitchen and table so potentially you can cook your own meal. For us it was not an issue at all, but please bear in mind that there are a lot of steps to reach the property. This area is full of steps. If you’re a first timer you might not know it! We travelled with small luggage but otherwise it would have been painful. Thanks to the handyman that helped us out with our luggage when we left 😊 very kind indeed!

Good and spacious room. Spectacular view of the Caldera. Old furniture. needs reform. There is a missing curtain in the bathroom. The bathroom gets all wet after a shower. Good Wi-Fi. The hostess leaves complimentary wine. There is a bathtub outside. Which is really good after a day full of activities. The nearest parking , which is private, is about a 15-minute walk away. In the parking you can pay for the daily rate, which is more affordable. I thought it was a big problem not to have an indication of the hotel's location. It was very difficult to locate it. No more references in booking. If the hostess showed landmarks, it would be much easier to locate the hotel. the hotel is very close to the Luno cafeteria/restaurante. Next to the church heading towards the caldera. There are many stairs. which is common in Santorini if ​​you want to stay in a hotel with a stunning view of the caldera. So go prepared. Very limited breakfast with few options, orange juice is not fresh. some bread, yogurt, coffee and sandwich.

Due to the location, the only place to park is a good 15 minute walk from the apartment, its a very small town and you cant park on the street. I had to work a deal with the parking clerk to give me a flat rate and i parking card to be able to go in and out.

Biggest con was initially finding the place, very tricky without detailed instructions. The wifi wasn't great except when outside on the balcony. The hot tub is a nice touch but couldn't really get it warm enough to our liking. The breakfast was simple but appreciated

We enjoyed our stay at Angel Cave Houses. It had a fabulous view, a comfortable living space, and a great location in Oia.

Great location, amazing views and lovely host! Homemade vine on arrival was a bonus. Let us stay longer after check out which was very convenient, as our flight was only in the evening.

The hot tub for our accommodation didn’t work and we ended up using another one and got swapped onto a third one when that had an issue too, but the host got it sorted quickly. Just that we couldn’t enjoy a properly hot tub on the first couple of days. As an advice - the property could have an option of a porter, at a cost, to carry heavy luggage. Otherwise it is a bit of a struggle lugging cases when checking in/ out. The other properties around had their own porters. Breakfast is great but could do with some change if guest is staying for more than 2days. The style of the property interiors is generally a bit dated but it is down to personal choice to like it or not. No dedicated parking but true for most cave houses.

The location and view from the property is one of the best! The suite accommodation itself was massive with a kitchen in it too. Kept very clean, towels replaced everyday. Pretty good and sumptuous breakfast, could take on the balcony looking out at the caldera!

It's not easy to find that place even with a local taxi driver. It's very true to most cave houses there as they don't give a house or street number.

Great location, easy to walk to major sites in Oia. Large room with comfortable bed. We were offered two glasses of wine for free. That's was very nice.

If you are going to visit Santorini, Oia is the place to be. It is totally worth it to spend a bit more money on accommodation here than somewhere else. Angel Cave House, exceeds our expectations by far. The views from the terrace once you get up speechless and get breakfast there while you are experiencing the quiet and peaceful atmosphere is something priceless. The breakfast included in the price is served in your room at the agreed time. It contains some Greek yogurt, sandwiches, bread with butter, coffee, and orange juice. It is a proper one. Our host was very kind, attentive, and helpful to us. She cared about us and made efforts to make our stay unbeatable. We could not find a taxi to get to the port and take our ferry and she called a taxi for us who came quick to pick us up. She even texted us later to check if we reached the ferry on time. We were very grateful for her help and extremely happy to have made the decision to stay in Angel Cave houses

Again like others couldn’t find the place , I had previously sent messages but apparently they don’t reply . I rang the hostess for assistance but she said she could not meet me , she tried to give me directions but couldn’t understand due to language barrier . It was very hot and I suffer with a sore knee , eventually a friend from another hotel showed me the way and helped me with my bag . It very poorly signposted but if you read back this hasn’t been addressed for years . There is no reception either , the manager lives on sight “ somewhere” I found her quite unfriendly , quite hostile and unfriendly , very unprofessional . Breakfast was poor , tiny bit of milk for tea and nothing healthy . I didn’t feel very relaxed , in fact one day the host rang me and asked me to leave the room as cleaner wanted to go in !! Also there is no privacy on your balcony , I was sitting on my balcony in front of view of next door in their hot tub !! The stairs are steep and no one to help with my case , no one around when I left !

When we arrived, the jacuzzi wasn't heated. Also noticed on apartment next door they not changed water beetween 2separate stays. Even if it's one night stay, and next night others, please change water for hygiene reasons. Other than that, good location with great views.
