Apartment: AC in living room was not cooling, shower space is way small, if you are a big guy that may be an issue.

On Anna and Nico's Place: Host: Nico is the sweetest host I have ever had in my trips, He did everythinh He could to make my family (with 2 little kids) happy, everyday in the morning or after our daily activities Nico would bring, juices, little car toy to my son, candys, He even cooked Mousaka (Traditional Greek dish) to us. Incredible, speachless Apartment: The place is well structured, there is a good kitchen with all ameneties, stove microwave, moreover AC in the living room and in the bedroom. Location: In Perissa, very beautiful place, walking distance to the Perissa beach +/- 4 minutes, a lot of restaurants, markets and drugstores nearby, 25 minutes from Fira and 45 minutes away from Oia by car.

A little bit dark but I can imagine that this would be welcome in July and Aug to stay cool.

Very welcoming host who provided a comfortable stay. Ana kindly let us stay for a few more hours waiting for our airport pickup. The location is fabulous and only 2 minutes from the beach and the main street and bus stops. The building gets early morning sun.

Location is perfect. Everything is really close: 2 minutes walk to the beach, 100 m from main road, bus station, markets ... Apartment is really clean, nice, comfortable and very well equipped. Anna is great and friendly host. She does not speak english but she has support from Dimitra. Comunication excellent!

since we arrived they received us with a smile, which really made the difference. communication has been excellent and we felt like home at every moment. We wished we could have stayed longer! very comfortable beds, super nice and clean and 2 minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants. When we come back to Santorini we will definitely stay here again! thank you guys ❤️

I liked everything about my stay at Anezinas Place. I was given a very spacious and newly renovated room, spotlessly clean with a great aircon. Location was perfect as it's within 2-3 walk away from all the main attractions of Perissa. The bed was very comfy and I slept like a baby and I didn't hear any noise from outside. The host (dimitra and Nikos) were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly kept my suitcase for a few hours the day I was leaving and helped me with the transport to the ferry port. I highly recommend this place to everyone and I'd happily stay there again.

Location is great. Close to everything. Sea just a 2-minute walk, beach beds and umbrellas available for free (just order some drinks or food once in a while). Appartment is clean and very well maintained. Hosts are very kind and helpful.

Very nice that the rooms where spotless and you could tell that someone went to some effort to clean them. Having aircon in all the rooms was brilliant as it was very hot outside. The view from the pouch was amazing mountains and that classic Greek architecture. Best of all the beach is a literal 60 second walk with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hostess was very nice and likeable and sorted out taxi’s and recommended excellent trips for us to go on.

300 meters from the beach. 100 meters from the main road. Well equipped. Comfortable. 1 bed room 2 aircons. Parking next to property excellent value for money. Late check out. Strong WiFi. Friendly and helpful host. Quiet. Nice pleasant outdoors.
