Every single thing was perfect. The location is a 3 minute walk from the Mou Santorini bus stop and about 12-15 minutes to Oia center and the blue domes were a 23 minutes walk. The bus can also take you anywhere you just catch a bus to Fira and exchange buses. The room was spacious and clean and the pool looked really nice I just didn’t have enough time to swim. Irene makes you feel like she’s your mom, and Penny is literally an ANGEL. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the breakfast, but it was really good authentic greek breakfast with coffee, greek yogurt, many cereal and granola options, cold cuts, cheese, pastries, eggs and fruits. I will definitely book here again for a longer period of time. The Villa itself makes you feel like you are staying at your grandmas place. Penny was answering all my queries and requests momentarily and I was really lucky to have met both Irene and Penny. One last thing, the housekeepers are so funny and sweet. Definitely try to catch up with them.

The location was good: a mini market is just a minute of walking and to reach to the attractions of OIA, you have a short walking of 10 minutes. Friendly staff and the amenities were okay.

My mum and I had an amazing stay in Villa for 3 nights. Location was perfect, walkable distance to central Oia, area is quiet and close to a lovely restaurant Santorini Mou and Sigalas vineyards where we had some wine tasting. Everyone was absolutely perfect. Irini and Penny were so friendly and helpful, we were allowed to stay at the pool after our check out before departure to a Port. We can’t tell enough how much we recommend this place, we will definitely return if we travel to Santorini in the future. Big hugs. Thank you :).

Excellent property in a fabulous location! Only 15 min walk to the centre of Oia! Super clean, and amazing views! Fabulous pool with plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Nice patio areas on the rooms too! Also easy to get to from the airport (a bus to Fira then bus to Oia)!

The whole place was amazing. The stuff was really really nice. The room was big and comfy and the shower is big and nice. We arrived really early in the morning and the staff did all of their efforts to help us get our room three hours before check-in. The location is just OK if you have a car.

Everything about it was fantastic! Breakfast is top with several choices and it changed from day to day giving us the opportunity to taste many local flavors. The staff is gentle and always willing to help. Location is 10/10 as we are 7 minutes walking distance from the Main Street with commerce and the blue domes. We will come back!

From the very first warm welcome from the owner/manager Irene, we felt relaxed and spoilt. Irene makes you feel like it’s your home away from home. The rooms are lovely and the pool area perfect after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious with hot and cold buffet and great coffee and friendly staff. The location is perfect! Just a short 10 minute stroll into all the buzz of the centre of Oia. We ate at the fancy restaurants and also at ones recommended near our hotel in Finikia. We thought the local ones were better. Meze Meze and Krinaki Tavern were excellent. Irene also helped with all transportation needs. We did a full day bus tour on arrival where we saw most of Santorini sights. Didn’t need to rent a car after that.

Don't expect too much of the breakfast. It is extensive - lots of choice, but don't expect anything to be that fresh. Still a 7/10 though.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations, beautiful, spacious and kept spotless. The room was fairly basic but comfortable and had everything we needed. The bathroom was lovely! And we had a wonderful view from our terrace of the sunset every evening. The location is superb, just a short walk from the main part of Oia. But the village itself is definitely worth exploring, we found some amazing restaurants here - the food much better quality that Oia itself.

Wasn’t super impressed with the breakfast and wifi was slow and didn’t work at times.

Location was awesome. Penny at front desk was sooo lovely and helpful! Loved our room and getting the balcony was a great plus!
