Irini and the rest of the family/staff were so cheerful and welcoming from communication prior to arrival and throughout our entire stay. We had a nice view of the sea and a spacious suite with everything we could need. The hotel and pool were immaculate. Thanks for such a lovely stay!

Loved the pool, location, which was perfect for relaxing but also an easy walk to Oia and many excellent restaurants. The breakfast was a great way to start the day and the pool was a great way to end the day. The staff were all absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!

BOOK IT. Staff, location, room. Everything was amazing. The team of women working here is so kind, helpful and efficient. Location was great, walking distance (25min) to Oia. Our room with private terrace was so nice! We really enjoyed the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The shower was incredible. Kitchenette was so useful to have. Our room had the bed in the mezzanine and that made the room feel more spacious. The pool is amazing, quiet, lots of sunbeds, feels so relaxed. Breakfast was sooooo good. We ordered lunch to have by the pool and was also great. They helped us rent a motorbike (they bring it to the hotel door) and also booked the transfer to airport. Highy recommend this place!

The only downside of our experience was that the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable.

The property was simply amazing. The panoramic view of the pool and sea was breathtaking. The included breakfast offered a different variety every day with numerous options. The quiet and relaxing atmosphere was unlike anything we had experienced before, thanks to the no-kids-under-16 policy. Last but not least, the staff went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. It was truly an amazing experience.

Property was about a 20 minute walk from Oia town. Though we hired quad bikes so this wasn’t a problem for us.

Great place to stay if wanting to be in Finikia area. Room was amazing, well kept, very clean and large layout. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, who are also easily accessible via message if you need anything. Breakfast is also a must, a various selection of both traditional buffet and Greek foods.

Great pool, location and facilities. Breakfast was good every morning and the hotel was very relaxed with friendly staff. It was not busy, there was always sun beds and we were within an easy 15 min walk to Oia. Would happily stay again.

Cleaners were great but a bit loud in the morning. Not big deal but they should try to keep it more quiet considering people are on holidays or have been out till late, so loud noises (singing) at 9-10am can disturb guests a bit.

Host very kind and helpful, they waited for us till 2am in the morning because our flight was late. Rooms are basically in front of swimming pool, best way to wake up. Very close to Oia but not too much so no crowded around and price very reasonable and good for value. Cleaning service was top level. And AC worked only when windows are closed... this is very important nowadays, really appreciate it.

Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Oia, but very easy and safe.

The wifi did not work very well unfortunately, even though there were two possible connections (we tried to jump between them).

Amazing value for money considering it's a 15 min walk into Oia and <5 mins to Finikia. The rooms are very well maintained and equipped. Beds are comfortable. The poolside area was so beautiful and the sunset view was great. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - they helped us book transport to the airport, gave us tips for the island and even lent us a charging cable when we forgot ours! The breakfast buffet changes each day so there's variety.

The property was in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk from start of Oia walk. We enjoyed it because it was out of the hustle but still close. The sunset from the pool was beautiful. The breakfasts were good and the service and cleanliness was great. Both ladies behind the desk were brilliant

We thought the bed was a little hard but are used to soft beds at home.

My daughter and I spent a few lovely days at Anemoussa Villa and it was perfect. We loved the location, just out of the bussle but close walk to everything. Penny was such a friendly host and nothing was too much trouble. The pool area is so calm to retreat to and we had lovely cocktails delivered (thank you so much too for our thoughtful welcome drinks after a full day of travel!). We have stayed in many 5* hotels but the authenticity of a family run, simple and homely place like this cannot be beaten. Thanks again and we hope to return one day! 💕

A warning that the bus stop close to the accommodation is not reliable - would recommend taking a taxi instead. We were there in the end of July and the buses only come to one side of the road, and were either delayed or would drive pass us because they were full.

Felt like great value for money with breakfast and the pool. A great spot to relax after exploring the island. Good location to walk into the main part of Oia but not be too close to the busy areas. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Anemoessa Villa is a wonderful oasis near Oia, but (delightfully) just outside the tourist craziness, in Finikia. There is a wonderful lounge and pool area centrally located, and the rooms are large and comfortable. We loved working with Penny at the front desk, she helped us figure out where to go, and was generally a delightful part of our stay! All of the staff were truly exceptional.
