Location: Best view for the sunset in Oia. Instead of taking place to watch the sunset 2 hours before the sunset and stay with the crowd, you can just watch it with your partner in privacy just from your own balcony. We were not prepared for this when we booked the room :) Amenities: Everything you need to stay in Oia for 1-2 nights, starting from the iron (girls need preparation for the photosesions) to vine glasses to open a bottle just for the best sunset view. Transfer: if you are going to Santorini via ferry, just do not hesitate to book the transfer. Worth every cent: the road is enormously hard, and you just can relax in the most comfort transfer and watch the picturesque views from the window instead of the driving and being nervous. Anyway you no need a car in Oia. Don't pack into the busses with the queues and crowds. Yes, private transfer is less economical, but when you take it, you'll realize why I recommend it. Owner: Dimitris is awesome! Most hospitable owner we ever met. Now I get why the rating is 9.8, completely deserved.

Nothing we didn’t like

We arrived not expecting to have the private veranda that has such an amazing view of the sea and surrounding area of the village and which couldn’t have been more perfect for watching the beautiful sunset. Dimitris was so helpful, arranging transfer from the airport and luggage was carried to our studio apartment which we were very grateful for as we arrived in the heat of the day. Would highly recommend this accommodation for a short stay in oia.

It was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed it. So clean, perfect view of the sunset and right in the center to find food and the rest of Oia. Dimitris organized everything for us and gave us suggestions of where to go. Jimmy helped us with our bags up and down all the cobble stones.

Because of its prime location, people will walk by the villas and even can see inside if you forget to close the window doors of the building.

Love the vibe of the host - very nice and easy to communicate with. You will feel his passion and energy when talking with him. Our ferry got delayed but the check-in arrangement was smooth and easy. The staff were waiting at the public parking area and helped carry the baggage - good gentleman. The location of the villas is prime which is at the heart of everything. Every member of our group loves the stay. Would like to stay again if revisit Santorini one day!

Everything was perfect

The location is in an amazing location., close to everything, shops, resturtants.The cave room is perfect.The views from your balcony are out of this world. You have the sun setting right in front of you each night, with a glass of wine in your hand what more do you want. Now, Dimitris has to be the best host i have ever met. Service plus. Always there for you to attend any of your needs. Completely stress free when you stay at Dimitris Villas on the beautiful Santorni ( Oia ). The location of this property was perfect. Even better than what we had imagined. The plunge pool was so refreshing. Watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace was an envious position and we enjoyed it with the drinks and snacks provided by Dimitris.. Even though this home is in the heart of Oia (a very busy place), the property is enough off the main pedestrian pathway that it gives a sense of seclusion. We loved our stay.

One thing to just know is that this property does not directly face the Caldera, but it does have a partial view. The trade-off is the incredible sunset views!!

This is a very lovely, clean and beautifully renovated house down a small street with beautiful views. We were met at the airport by a driver who coordinated our drop-off so that we had help with our luggage, and Dimitris met us at the house to let us in. He is so kind and helpful. not only did he help us get to know the property, he also gave us an overview of the Island and set us up with a driver/tour for the following day. He had great restaurant recommendations and helped make our departure just as seamless. And, while all the people were crowding into restaurants and vantage points to view the Santorini sunsets, we had an incredible private view from our rooftop terrace. Just a wonderful experience!

The location is amazing. Most of all, Dimitris is the best host we have ever met so far. He offered his help all the time during our stay. On the day we checked out, our taxi was delayed. Dimitris, came to see us off, helped contact the taxi company, accompanying us waiting for about one hour in a very windy day!

We stayed at Karma’s house. Location is just perfect! For sure one of the best points in Oia. You won’t be able to see a best sunset. Dimitris is very helpful and courteous, he makes Santorini a complete especial experience! Hope we can go back soon and stayed for a whole month in Karma! It worth, no doubt.

The sunset view from our room was purely breathtaking. No hassle to compete for places as you have the majestic view right in front of you. Dimitri, our host, was super responsive, supportive and kind. To be honest, one of the best hotel experience I have ever had after travelling to 50+ counties. I will definitely recommend staying here if you want to make your stay in Santorini special. We also intend to come back here again.

Absolutely lovely cave house with amazing view and spacious and cozy inside. It has everything including first-aid kit. The compliment wine is tasty. Mr Dimitris is very hospitable, attentive and helpful! He provided me with plenty of useful information and offered me a free ride to Fira when I checked out. Felt like home. I will stay in Anemi house again next time when I visit Santorini.

The location of this hotel in Oia is perfect, you can watch beautiful sunset at your room laying on the bed. The owner of this facility was fantastic, he arranged the private tour for us to go to visit other towns and red, black beaches in a very reasonable price. We had a very pleasant experience there.
