They have redone the pools in the rooms and the edges are now rough to touch whereas before they were smooth. The waterfall pool wasn’t clean, a lot of dead bugs so we didn’t use that which was a shame.

The gym could be better. It needs to be updated. Treadmill makes a lot of noise and it’s bothersome to others.

It was great, quiet location between Fira and Oia. The caldera views from the room was beautiful. The private pool was great and it was also heated. The room was two floors and very clean and spacious. The hotel offered a car service that was able to take us to restaurants which was helpful given cabs on the island are hard to come by. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the restaurant was at the hotel. The spa at the hotel was also incredibly relaxing. Overall we loved our stay and would would definitely return again.

I didn't like how I felt like a cash cow. It felt like the staff, which were very pleasant and accommodating were also elegantly trying to squeeze out whatever additions to my bill they could. For example, they asked for twice the fee of a taxi to book the taxi through the hotel - twice the fee. There were also additional charges on the bill that we never made. These were removed from our bill upon request. However, I also saw another bill where the same error occurred. Considering how everything else was amazing this really put a sour note on our vacation and was a real shame.

The rooms are very spacious. The view is incredible. The warmed up private pool is absolutely awesome. The breakfast was very good as is the spa. In general, the service level is very high and the little gifts they give each day really put a smile on our face

Andronis Concept Wellness is one hotel in a handful scattered through Greece. The hotel grounds are very I keeping with the Greek Cycladic esthetic and this particular resort is committed to environmental sustainability. It is situated just outside of the village Imerovigli but easily accessible from any one of the other major villages as well (Oia and Fira). We a transfer pick up from airport and it was in time and professional in a stylish white Tesla! I also communicated with the staff through my booking website several times prior to or visits and they were also prompt and informative in their responses. We booked the Cozy Suite and the room was super cute with all needed amenities. It also has a killer view of the caldera. The pool is heated so no worries for those chilly moments. Bed was comfy, it is found so if you are unusually tall your feet may hang off a bit. Wonderful view from laying in the bed also! The staff at Andronis Concept were all SUPER friendly and accommodating. They have a WhatsApp set up so that you can communicate with the reception staff at any point at any time from anywhere in the island. They are Turk at your disposal and helped us with EVERYTHING from arrow ing taxis, reserving tours, and even helping us set up ATV rentals which can conveniently be transacted right in the resort reception area! We ate breakfast every morning at the feature t which in and of itself has killer views. The staff was extremely friendly in the restaurant as well. We did not use the pool or spa facilities during our stay but we did see them during our check in tour and truly look fabulous. All in all, Andronis concept is definitely a so option here in Santorini.

At this price I guess the competition and expectations are always high - some of the communal spaces were a bit unloved (the main pool wasn’t cleaned during our stay for example) and some of the layouts of the rooms / areas can be a bit annoying eg. our room had an amazing view but there was a cleaning cupboard built next to the pool just in front of the sunset / key viewing area which did make for a strange experience - especially when the door was left open or equipment was left on the front space between the infinity pool and the view. All of the food and drink was great, really delicious - but all of it was expensive - think Soho House prices eg. cocktails/mocktails 16-30 Euros and bar snacks at 25-48 Euros. For example, I think a great hotel pool should always have some options for people who are spending part of their holiday at the pool enjoying the sunshine not just cater for the day guests / spa visitors who are splashing out. Worth saying that Santorini in general is not the cheapest destination - so these prices weren’t necessarily out of kilter with snacks and cocktails at premium restaurants and bars in Oia / Fira - it just would be nice as a hotel guest to feel like your hotel pool bar snacks aren’t as expensive as a destination bar in town at sunset

Overall the property is really modern, great facilities , lovely staff and really great food. We were a bit unlucky with the weather during our stay but the heated pool connected to the room had a fabulous view and meant that even in less than ideal weather we could still enjoy being in a pool outside! We also enjoyed being right on the walking trail … I can imagine not everyone likes this, but we thought it was really fun saying hi to people as they walked past enjoyed the view. The cleaning team were amazing and our room was always spotless and stocked up - the staff at breakfast and by the main pool were also really lovely and very attentive. When the sun did come out for the last few days and the wind died down it really showed the hotel at its best and it was a lovely base for our week exploring the island

We didn’t love the dinner at the restaurant (especially for the price). The breakfast service was also a bit spotty but it was generally a nice start to the day.

Location / views are terrific (we really liked our decision to not stay directly in Oia/Fira as they’re so crowded and touristy), room was very pleasant (we splurged for a private pool), staff generally very pleasant/helpful, and pool area is nice.

Private pool was great and very warm - appreciated as the start of May was a bit chilly! Wide choice of food at breakfast, however we hadn't anticipated having to pay extra to eat in the room. Bottled water was left daily in rooms along with a small chocolate.

Some of the in room facilities could be updated - more smart controls for things. it’s super minor but at the price point feels fair to point out.

The view from our suite was just amazing, especially from our private heated pool. The staff were all extremely friendly and easy going, knowledgeable about the island and always on hand to help book things, arrange taxis, trips, anything. And there were just lots of little touches that were really lovely - chocolates every night with turndown!

The food was amazing! Nothing beat the view of our own private pool overseeing the caldera! The staff was exceptional. We spent everyday in our pool before heading into Oía or Fira. We had some of the best massages of our lives in the spa. It’s a must visit place!
