The property is exactly as advertised! It’s a really amazing cave like structure that is very close to the centre of Oia. Giota was very helpful and organised everything for us to ensure our comfort! Thank you Giota! We will definitely stay here again.

Was hard to navigate to the place. 15 min walk from the town in the dark. The Sun beds get always wet on the evening. You hear your neighbors from both sides.

It’s an amazing place, beautiful design and very romantic. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy from the terrace. The host Giota was very welcoming and has a wonderful personality. She picked us up from the airport when we arrived and drove us to the port when we had to leave. She made us feel like at home from the first day. You can see that she and owners care about their guests. We had an amazing experience and definitely would want to come back. This place is a gem

De host Yotia was an absolutely blastt for my entire stay. Her recommondations are really on point, she made my stay enjoyable and I could ask her anything any time and she would reply within no time with answer. She helped me arrange an ATV to travel the Island, helped me make reservations and bookings and over all she was so sweet. The gave is also very beautiful and has a lot of space, the pool is sooo refreshing to have for a morning dive. The Housekeeping is also very helpful and I liked her too! It's close to the main area where all the retaurants and bars are not to forget the sunset view is to die for from everywhere around this area. Will definetly recommend or be back again!

A little step walk in the heat to central Oia but only 10minutes. Some of the walk is on the side of the road - so can be dangerous with some of the tourists driving.

The location is somewhat isolated with very little amenities within short walking distance. The room is intended to be cave-like which means only 1 window (in the door) which means the rest of the room has to have lights on continually.

I don't like that the toilet it was broken. I don't understand whey an accommodation like that don't invest something to repair it.

Everything is very nice. The personal is very communicative and helps us with a lot of information. The pool is cleaned I think every day or after two days...that is very cool. The location is great, very near is The Yard, where you can eat and drink almost everything...and you have to walk 10-15 minutes to Oia. The sunset that you can view from the terrace is very beautiful. The lights from the room are exceptional...they made you to feel in a romantic room or in a normal room...and that is very nice.

The power went one night and it is at the bottom of a really big hill so I would not recommend if you are unfit or have mobility issues.

An amazing room, the sunset is phenomenal and it’s super quiet. Just outside the main busy part of Oia. Paz was super helpful and on hand for anything we needed.

The location is about a 10 minute walk from the main Oka town but it really isn’t all that far to go. This distance made it very quiet at night which was good!

An absolutely amazing experience here. Such a unique accomodation in a cave-like apartment. The sunset views from the top terrace were absolutely breathtaking and the pool area was gorgeous. Also want to mention Paz who was amazing and kept in contact the whole time. She helped arrange travel when our flight was cancelled and helped us work it all out. Definitely recommend this place.

Bathroom buttons to flush the toilet constantly got stuck and needed to be pulled out

Service was great. I had texted Paz at awkward hours all the time but she was always fast to respond to anything I needed. 10/10 hospitality. Breakfast was also great, I had missed the first delivery and she was nice enough to get it delivered again. Rooms are also very unique and I would love to stay again

Great location for exploring Oia. Loved the accommodation, room was immaculate and tastefully done. Very nice place to relax, pool was fab and really well maintained. Sunset on the terrace was a nice bonus.

Amazing hotel! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a private hide away close to Oia. The staff is super friendly and had great tips for our stay. The private pool and the private roof terrace (watch the sunset from here - away from the crowds) are a welcoming treat after a day full of exploring.

There is a fridge in the room but I wish there was also a coffee machine or a kettle. Due to the location, you need to walk a minimum of 10 minutes for any conveniences including a coffee.

We ended up booking this luxury accommodation for the second half of our Santorini trip. Although it was a 10 min uphill walk from the main centre in Oia, it was a peaceful and spacious location. The hosts were polite, friendly and very accommodating and were at our service for anything we required. The property boasts a beautiful rooftop which was amazing for drinks and sunset views.
