Great location with the most lovely staff. I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist but she was so helpful to us and even gave my friend and I some cookies/cake to take on the road for our ferry trip when we left. 🥹

We had a bit of noise coming from some devices nearby our room and the fridge was making some noise over the night which was a bit loud and for people with a light sleep this can be disturbing.

No complaints

Perfect location close to the main square but secluded enough to be quiet and private. We had a room with a terrace by the pool. We loved sitting out there at night and listening to the water and the cicadas. The staff were so nice and helpful and helped us book a transfer to the port. The room was big enough and the shower was good. There was no frills to the room so it looked sparsely furnished but it was very clean and had everything we needed. Air con was excellent. The breakfast was fab with lots of choice and you can choose where to eat it. The gardens are lovely so we ate there each morning. We found this to be excellent value for santorini and a great base. Close to the bus station too!

There was nothing that I didn't like, though I am used to a bed that Is softer on the surface. I can't really find fault with that because I'm not sure what is customary in the region.

Loved the staff, room, and location! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind - they gave us awesome recommendations, they let us leave our luggage after we had checked out until our bus ride to the airport, and set my group up with awesome atv rentals on the day of arrival. The hotel itself is beautiful and located just a few minutes from the city square where all the shops and bars are located - perfect.

The bathroom was very small and the water was all over because the walk in cabin was tiny. The room requires refubrishing. Spa was really overpriced.

The swimming pool area was lovely. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Really authentic good value hotel which is in a great location between Fira town but also the caledera side too. The staff were so so lovely - probably the most welcomed I've ever felt arriving at a place to stay - I cried when I left hugging the staff. Poolside super lovely and chilled and plenty of sun loungers both in and out of the shade. Room was great too with all facilities needed and a great AC. Would definately go back and book again.

The bathroom was on the smaller size but average for European hotels.

Everything! That staff were amazingly friend and helpful. The facilities were excellent (including the pool and spa) and such a good location, with only a short walk into the main centre of town. The breakfast was also excellent.

Absolutely nothing to say here except that it was perfect.

I don’t want to tell anyone about this amazing hotel because it feels like our secret! However I’ll spill! The staff & service are fabulous, very knowledgeable & informative. Situated beneath a couple of typical Greek churches & a great view of the sea. The pool, after a long hot walk through Fira/Oea etc, was such a welcome relief from the heat. Eli at the snack bar/pool is such a wonderful human who should be treated with respect as he has a great heart, knowledge & wisdom. We miss him (and the hotel) already ! I feel like we stumbled upon a gem and I’d pick this small family run hotel over any glitzy cave type places any day.
