We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe were given a much smaller room. Disappointedly, it didn't look like the pictures that I had booked. No privacy, the balcony was just separated by a thin screen with laud and smoking neighbours. The shower was small, old and not clean.

Apartments, the fantastic view I'm uploading on the review, beautiful Stegna, crowdy Lindos, busy Tsampika, and best food. Overall we have to come back definitely to Stegna & Rhodos.

Czech RepublicLess than 1 minute to a beach. Restaurants and shops nearby. Car and ships rental nearby. Charming place, because there is only one hotel and others places are mostly apartmens - that means fewer tourist and more free space on a beach/sea. The accommodation is as advertised and is consistent with the assessment, compared to earlier reviews from previous years I would like to mention that air conditioning is included in the price of the room. The attitude and big heart of the hosts shifts the feeling of the accommodation to a higher level. We were here at the time of the fire, during the evacuation of people from the affected areas. The hosts were on their feet all night helping people as they arrived - giving them water, food and even advising them where else to find accommodation as their apartments were already full. If you want something and are polite, the hosts will always try to satisfy your requirements. If we ever go to Rhodes again, we know what our choice is.

United KingdomWe booked what was reported on booking.com as "three bedroom apartment". It was actually a "three-bed room". The "apartment" features a very basic self-catering facility with a small fridge, a movable electric double hob, a kettle and a small toaster (just for small toast, no more). Cleanliness can be greatly improved, with towels changed once every two days but left with suspicious stains that raise doubts on how properly they are washed. Air conditioning is not included in the room fee (as reported on Booking.com - €10/day at the time of our stay). Can you spare the use of air con? Of course, if you are prepared to leave your window open all day to allow for some ventilation. In this case, however, be aware that any conversations you have with a normal tone of voice can be overheard in the finest details by the other guests (especially if they also have their windows open), as balconies and windows are very close to each other. So, if you are keen on your privacy, either get ready to whisper through the whole duration of your stay or just add the air con in your budget. Also, get yourself a good pair of earplugs if you plan to sleep with your window open. Unfortunately other guests don't always have the decency of keeping their voice down.
This is a family-run business. The hosts are very kind and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible (notwithstanding some important problems).

This property emanates the positive energy of the family who own and run it. My room had a sea view from the balcony and was exceptional. The wind in and out awning on the balcony allows you to sit at any time of the day in the shade, and absorb the heat, whilst gazing out in to the middle distance and reconnect with the rhythm of the ocean, the steady mountains, and the bright moon of the evening. There is no reception, but storing George’s number into your phone allows you to text or phone and ask for anything you need, and either George or a member from his family will come to help immediately.

RomaniaThe rooms are extremely warm. During the night there were more than 30 degress. We asked the owner to give us the remote control for the AC and he said we should pay an extra 10euro/day for that. I think it was very rude to ask money for the AC considering that it was impossible to live in the room without it. The second day he moved us to another room at the ground floor which was a bit cooler (~27-28 degrees), but we still had to sleep with the doors wide open which didn't feel very safe. We heard other people complaining about how hot was in the rooms, so it wasn't just us. We tried to have cold showers, but the cold water was actually quite warm as well, so I guess the building has no insulation. I think the owner is just too keen to make money instead of taking care of his guests (which would also bring him money)

United KingdomThe cleaning services was terrible, I had to Ask on the 5th day to have my towels changed. In 7 days my shower has not being clean once. The breakfast supposed to be included at the property. But it was not, we had to walk to the restaurant and even so, was a very cheap food and just 2 options. Definitely not meet the advert.
The position, as it was in front of the beach. George the holster is very kind.

DenmarkThe family there is so nice, and so welcoming. They have their own little grill house where the breakfast Is served and it is lovely food. George and Voula are so sweet and their three children are too. Lovely stay. George even helped us drive to the airport to get our lost luggage and talked on the phone in Greek to help us out with it. I would definitely recommend this place.

FranceThis location is a bit out of town and offers extremely pleasant peace and quiet. The view is beautiful, the village and its small restaurant are charming and the apartment is very comfortable. A small bubble of tranquility far from mass tourism.
