While two of the bedrooms were great, the third bedroom seemed damp (with a bit of odor). It was unclear if it was a chronic issue.

This was perhaps the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The view of the caldera is amazing. There were many places to sit outside and every one of them had a fantastic view. There was a great jacuzzi, plus AC, and Wifi. The location was perfect because it wasn't as insanely busy as other places on the island and yet we had access to great restaurants and shops. Our contact was great - very helpful, very responsive, and kind.

The location was excellent. Close enough to walk to hustle and bustle of Firo but far enough away to be more peaceful. The views were absolutely stunning!!!! And the villa had many different levels and sitting areas to bask in the view. Hot tub was awesome. Villa itself was beautiful, very comfortable and very clean. It is a very romantic setting. The only reason I didn’t recommend for romance is because it’s 3 bedrooms so probably better for families. Although each bedroom was very private and I’m sure my daughter and boyfriend had a very romantic time in their own room . They were on top level - very private

The beds were too firm and the main bedroom bed slats creaked. The main area heating and AC controls were sluggish to respond. There were not enough paper products for the kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

It was perfectly located and the views of the caldera were AMAZING. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was perfect for 3 couples. The property manager, Deena was very welcoming and informative.

Iron doesn’t work, WiFi stopped working after 1st day and even when it worked, was spotty. Couldn’t store our luggage at the condo and had to drop our luggage off at a luggage storage place after checking out because our flight out wasn’t until later.

The villa was fantastic. Perfect location, beautiful views, multiple decks with plenty of spaces to hang out together or separately. It has a large living room for hanging out indoors as well.

The situation, close to Fira, a very nice view, very nice terrace facing the sunset, the small pool, the private yard with the tree. Very good équipements, confortable beds, the huge bathroom. Everything was perfect. The host is very kind and helpful.

The only thing could be the fully naked woman that was right next to us on the other villa and her husband could sit on the shared veranda and see our facilities...but well, this is Santorini after all

We liked everything about the villa...the location has to be the best of the whole island. The jacuzzi and the temperature of the water = heaven :). Maria who is the manager was beyond helpful, always available, always smiling! she is just great and loves her job. The villa was immaculate. I would come back definitely!!!!!

Property is not accessible via car so there is a lengthy walk to get luggage to the villa and there is no staff to help. For the rates we paid there should be more amenities. The villa was not cleaned regularly. Our last day the beds were not even made and the kitchen was not restocked (coffee pods, paper towels etc.) When we turned the shower on, it smelled like rotten eggs. We were told nothing could be done about it. Inside was also not as “new” as pictures would indicate. I would not stay here again.
