Helpful staff and nice hotel throughout. The standard room was good. Had a great stay. Pool is relaxing and very close to the beach and bus stop. The restaurant next door is very good owned by a local family.

Personal was amazing and very helpful, room was big enough for 2 people (I consider 3 would be fine also), you have everything you need for a pleasant stay (fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc), clean, great location (5 min away from the closest beach, 2-3 beaches nearby), bus 21 leaves you right at the entrance of the hotel, there is a marketplace 2 min away from the hotel.

The decor and furniture were good quality, very comfortable in everyway, near the pool, they organised massage and hair appointment, very helpful. Sad to leave our home from home.l

Almost nothing.

We lost our check-in because we had a problem with our car. Because of that they even changed our booking by one day forward for free and without us requesting it in advance. This was phenomenal.

Location of hotel is very good, big clean room. Bar n restaurant in hotel and good restaurant next door. Possibility to buy local tours when they pick u up from hotel.

Can't think of anything: we're seriously considering returning, and will do so slightly ahead of the dates we visited this time so we can try the onsite restaurant (it was closed as it was end of season).

The staff were all fantastic, reception staff always on hand and ready to provide information and other assistance. The room was an ideal size and overlooked the pool and the road outside, so we could see where the bus stop to get the bus into town was situated. Location great: 5 minutes' walk to a superb beach, 15 minutes on one bus to the old town. Cleaners very diligent and cleaning the room every other day though we requested the bed sheets not to be. The shower is powerful (in my backpacking days you would rate a place by ther quality of its shower!); and you must try the frozen mango margerita at the poolside bar after some sun and swimming.

We were in the 3rd block which is furthest away from the main area. No complaints about the location but the bar at the pool was closed due to “low season” which is not shared in the info prior to arrival. Some staff appeared on a slow down too. We asked 3 different staff over 3 days to replace the broken umbrella on our balcony. The phone did not work so we had no way of contacting reception or help in the event of an emergency - again we mentioned it 3 times to 3 staff but no one fixed it or came back to us. I sent an email to request the toiletries replenished which is usually done automatically. It just felt that staff were winding down and I’m not sure this is fair. Guests should receive same service ALL year.

Having visited this area several times before - the location was perfect which was why we chose it. 5 minutes to the beautiful golden beach and a bus stop outside to take us into town every night to enjoy the many restaurants on offer. The bus service is excellent! Our room had a lovely sea view!

The pool was pretty cold and closed quite early. The shower was low and no bath plug.

the location was brilliant - 200 yards down the road was a lovely sandy beach with 2 little beach bars. Bus stop into Chania was just outside and the buses ran every 15 mins into the centre of town.

bathroom needs restoration, the bed was unconfortable and the kichen was not very clean.

Thought the food wasn't great and a little pricey, the cocktails were also terrible. The bed was two single beds rather than a double. The air conditioning didn't really work.

Very unflexibel with requests, not accessible for handicapped, lots of stairs.

Super location, very clean, pleasant pool, most staff were very nice. The restaurant at the hotel is very good and the prices are same as downtown. Beds super comfy.

The kitchenette could have more to offer in terms of utensils, bread knife the only knife and no washing up liquid or sponge. Air conditioning was very poor , didn’t work well, was pointless.

Everything perfect!

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, wonderful architecture, great location. Grocery shop across the street, beaches 5 min walk, bus stop in front of the building.
