Definitely need a car. But that’s not necessarily a negative.

The staff are exceptional. Stam was able to arrange anything. We had 18 people over 5 villas which is stressful but Stam got transport and bookings sorted brilliantly. You are away from the madness of the main towns but close enough to drop in when we wanted.

The facilities were amazing. Modern and luxurious. The location was rear , once can see the ocean from the balcony , very safe and quite. 10 minutes away from Fira by car which was so convenient with family. The swimming pool was glorious with brilliant lighting . And most importantly Stam was a super and helpful host . He helped with all our car rental, taxi transfers, shopping and guides and recommendations of good locations on the island. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. So thankyou for making our stay a memorable family holiday.

Nothing, although would agree that hiring a car is sensible as Fira, the main town is about a 10 minute drive away and taxis are expensive, approximately €30 each way.

Everything! The villa was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. It was very spacious, with plenty space for our family. The outside space in particular was excellent with lots of seating and lounging options. The pool was lovely and a great “cool down” option. The staff were amazing, with Stam in particular, doing everything to make our stay special. We simply could not fault them. Breakfast was also excellent and was always delivered with a smile.

All was perfect! Small recommendation: even though the breakfast was absolutely delicious I would suggest to replace the eggs once with pancakes or boiled eggs instead of scrambled egg/ omelets. I think that only applies for guests that stay a week (like us) or longer. Minor detail.

Everything was just amazing! First, the manager stamatis, who take care of everything with dedication and commitment to any detail and beyond. The villa was Very clean and decorative, Fully equipped and comfy. The compound was pastorale and very good maintained. The location is perfect and accessible for all over the island. One of the best places I’ve been! my recommend is to rent a Car, it’s necessary to make it complete experience.

Couldn't really walk to Thira so hired a car which got us around the island and to supermarkets . So nothing major and would still recommend 100%

It was amazing quiet place with privacy and beautiful surroundings. Our host Stamatis was just an amazing person and helped us to get taxis, recommended restaurants and was very helpful in all ways. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was also nice to have breakfast at the villa.

We had a lovely time at Amor Hideaway Villas. We were greeted upon arrival by Stam who assisted us in recommendations and bookings during our stay. It is in a quieter part of Santorini, but that is much of the appeal - we had our own private villa, pool, and unobstructed views of the sea. The breakfast is generous and delicious and they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The villa was fantastic the service was amazing anything we asked Stam he made it happen from ordering our breakfast to extra towels to when would we like the villa freshened up to ordering transport just an excellent service from meeting us at 12.30am to leaving and storing our cases

This was our first time to Santorini and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. After seeing the rest of the island amor really is a perfect hideaway quiet easy to relax and in a beautiful setting.

The property is clean,well-presented and fits our family of 5 comfortably. The swimming pool was well enjoyed and the whole family fitted. The location is excellent away from the hustle and bustle of big town Fira or Oia. Stamatis(the manager) was helpful in every way, arranging transportation,giving advice on where to eat, what adventures to go on etc. He gave us an hour of late check out because our flight was 4 hours after checkout. We will be back.

The villas were all beautiful, spacious, and so clean The cleaners were lovely and came every single morning The breakfast was great and was delivered to the villa every morning at our chosen time. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. Thanks to Stan for making us so comfortable and being so accommodating, he gave us the best recommendations for where to go, the places he suggested were perfect for us

Spacious, well maintained and cleaned daily. Good location for Fira and Oia. Staff were all lovely, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast arriving every day was really good and varied
