We really liked the location. It’s less than 2 minutes away from the beach, great restaurant nearby. The owners are very friendly and cleared out any problems we had. The apartment was great too.

The bathroom is a bit small.

The room was looking at the inner street and has a good sound proof. It was spacious and very clean, the balcony was excellent. Very good set of Air-conditioning, which is essential in Greece. The beach is in front, close to shops, a very nice restaurant and everything we need. I appreciate the fact that we were accepted and welcomed with a dog.

Smell in the bathroom, small bathroom, spilling water from the shower and no place to put your towels, so we got some hangers from the shop and left them for next guests. And no toster, or place to put dishes when you wash them so we got replacable glasses and plates. And wi fi standard for Greece is bad.

Bed, pillows, it was spatious and we had 3 ac in all tree rooms. Lady Maria was very attentive and present. We liked the position because there was not much noise during work days and across is a restaurant. It is close to everything. Note that the sea infront is not as beautiful like only 500 m on the left. But that is only reccomendation and has nothing to do with Ammos.

New accommodation approx. 50-80 m from the sandy beach with sun loungers. Mrs. Maria very nice, she was waiting for us, she informed us about the accommodation. When there was less of a problem in the evening at 21:30, Mrs. Maria arranged everything for the first call and even suggested another apratman, but the problem was eliminated, so we did not take advantage of her offer. What surprised very, very much, every third day, changing sheets and towels, cleaning. Kitchen small, not enough for larger cooking. Next to the apartment house excellent, quality restaurant offering breakfast, all-day food, approx. 150m bakery, approx. 200 m. supermarket, butcher shop. Taverns and restaurants at your fingertips.

The bathroom was to small. Also, cleanliness wasn't on the high level. The couch in the living room had a smell of sweat. The floors and the bathroom were not clean enough. The king-size bed wasn't very comfortable.

Location of apartment was perfect, near the beach and the town. Also, it was very spacious apartment with beautiful spacious balcony. The hosts were very kind and help us with all our demands.

The location of these new apartments is at the first street from the beach, and lot of rooms has a sea view. Rooms are very clean, and everything is quite new. Hosts are very polite and you can ask them for anything you need.

On our first day we got some sheets that weren’t cleaned very well. Other than that, everything was great, we would definitely recommend ammos.

Very close to the beach, seafront. Room was cleaned every 2 days, you get clean sheets and towels. Maria is very pleasant person. We needed to leave day earlier (which we informed them before our arrival, because our booking could’t be changed on Booking, due to non refundable policy)but they arranged that we pay only the nights we stays, nothing more (fees, etc.) - thank you Maria :) We will definitely consider to stay at ammos next year if we decide to come to Greece.

Bathroom was little too small.

Renovated comfortable room, it has everything you need, air conditioned, very near the beach. Great for families with small children. Hosts very kind and helpful. I recommend it.

The bathroom needs upgrade and repair. The size of the shower cabin.

The location. Ammos hotel is situated close to Nea Plagia beach on the first line but in not very crowded and relatively guiet neighbourhood, near restaurants, bars, shops and other places to eat, drink or just spend time.

The surrounding and the noise (food supply trucks, cleaning service trucks, restaurants with live music working till 2am, ...)

The appartment is very close to the best parts of the beach (20m or less). Also, there is plenty to eat around. And 10mins walking you are in Nea Flogita.

where to start first.. the first day, as we came straight from the beach we wanted to take a shower (we were 5 adults) there was no water pressure at all, as we were on the 3rd floor, we immediately called the host to check whether this behavior is normal or not, she came and changed the shower head and told us that it is not their fault, as the whole village had low water pressure (I asked the neighbors and somehow they had an normal water pressure), we wanted to go out for a dinner, but as we were showering for like 4h+ we went into bed. During the stay I had to work and as the WiFi signal was so terrible I had to use my whole mobile data and afterwards I had to search for an place (restaurant) were I could work during the whole stay. They came with an excuse that they had upgraded the internet to 200mbps this year and that no one was complaining. (I had to explain that they you could upgrade their internet even to 500gbps, when there is no WiFi signal, or just one router in the whole place, it would be the same). The TV was not working properly, as every channel hadn't signal (we should check if everything is working and escalate the issue to them, like we are electrician's and payed for seeking issues in the apartment). The apartment itself was very rusty, it does not look like in the pictures (and we booked an Deluxe Apartment, which should mean premium, luxury I guess, but this was not the case here), the wall's were cracked all over the place, the all doors were not closing properly, so you would need to smash them so they would close, the front door was jammed. The bathroom at night had very low light and the shower was leaking. This is just an honest review (which the host did not want to accept and told me personally that I'm just looking for the hair in the egg, to get an discount), so other's would not experience the same on their vacation.

the only positive thing was the location as it was 50m from the beach. and we got an discount after complaining for about an hour. (we wouldn't stay even if someone would offer us money to do so).
