We family of 4 members stayed at villa. Other members of our group were at Amerisa suits. Villa is isolated and stand alone about 5 minutes away from Amerisa suits. So no supportive staff there. We were just cut off from rest of our group members. In property details, it was not mentioned that Villa is away from main property.

We family of 4 members stayed at villa. Villa property was very good and well furnished with all the essential facilities. It has living room, kitchen and two bedroom with balcony and terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare food. There are utensils and crockery too. There were microwave oven, coffee maker and kettle apart from 4 stove induction cooking top.

Location was great, very close to Fira centre. The host was friendly and provided a ton of local information and recommendations. Property is beautiful and our suite with the hot tub was spacious, clean and comfortable.

There was a smell in the bathroom probably because of a small leak. The shower support was not holding the shower head. But fixing that, the bathroom was excellent, with hot water, well decorated and very clean.

Amazing location, close to Fira, very helpful staff from the booking to the stay, giving us suggestions (that were very nice) and support. The room is clean and spacious with good TV and Wi-fi service. The hotel offered us slippers, toiletries, water (a bottle on arrival), tea and coffee (nespresso).

Didn’t seem prepared on check in, bed not made up in lounge and air conditioning wasn’t working initially, although rectified this quickly. Also, not cleaned properly during stay, eg only one cup washed up.

Google map gave us direction via the cobbled road way. From the bus depot; turn right and start walking. Not left.

It’s a steep uphill walk to the main part of town, be prepared! The upstairs bedroom has a few steps up to the bathroom that is not an ideal layout.

Plenty of space for 3 friends traveling together. The hot tub was lovely! Hosts were fantastic & reachable when we had questions. Helped us arrange transportation & made dinner reservations. The view is over the back of the island, not a caldera view. But the sunrise is also beautiful if you are awake to see it!
