Wonderful quiet place, the swimming pool excellent 50 m from your room, the sea - 100 m, enjoy the sun and swimming. Breakfast basic, but you can get your breakfast or dinner in one of the restaurant only 5-7 min. walking distance. Cleaning every day, make your coffee or tea, get a cold drink from fridge. What can be better on a sunny warm day! Special thanks to the host.

From the pictures, we wrongly thought that the rooms were overlooking the beach. The breakfast staff weren’t very friendly. One was more than the other.

The room was spacious and clean. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Good situation just off the main road therefore no noise from traffic.

I was in room 305, and didn't have any kitchen facilities which was a shame. The room was comfortable but would have been nice to have cutlery available and somewhere other than the bathroom sink to wash up. All in all was a great hotel if you're not looking for anything really fancy.

The hotel was quiet. Beach front location was good. rooms comfortable. Good that Aircon and safe were free.. the hotel accommodated my request for a ground floor room which really helped. Very small complex with clean and tidy grounds.

The breakfast had not many options, they offered some food for extra money. The rooms were not cleaned during our stay, neither they towels were changed, they at least should do this at every second day, please work on this.

The price was unbeatable, the restaurant was just right next to the sandy beach. Lindos was only 4-5 km away.

Breakfast could include a bit more, maybe some fruit and extra juice options etc. The hotel restaurant was a bit pricy compared to all other restaurants in the vicinity.

Location is stunning. Closeness to beach and facilities. Closeness to restaurants and town of Lotharika. Cleanliness. Staff friendliness.

Breakfast was simple and basic only carbs. You could order omlettes for extra charge.

Many shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Hotel manager was super friendly and helpful! The beach was clean and the sand on the beach was nice and soft but you might want to wear seashoes to get in and out of the sea. If you are planning to spend most of the day outdoors and you are ok with a simple and plain room, this might be a great value deal for you.

The guy in charge of the restaurant in the afternoon/evening was unfriendly and unhelpful. The kitchen closes at 9.30 pm and one evening we only got back from our day trip around 9 pm and ordered something quick. A few minutes before 9.30 we asked for additional pita bread and received an angry response that this was too late, and we were not served extra bread.

The person in the reception whose name I have forgotten was extremely helpful and most friendly. We talked to him quite a bit and he took his time and gave us very helpful advice.

The TV is a little bigger than a tablet and is literally on the ceiling. The shower is only movable, which cannot be attached anywhere. It is better to say that the breakfast is not available when there is a price list for ordering. It is also unpleasant that you have to pay for a sunbed that is attached to the hotel

I didn't have anything 'I dont like', I might have appreciated a better breakfast - I missed the fruit/vegetables/eggs/local dish. (But, this can be ordered for a fee at the same place).

- Amazing staff - they helped us immediately when we needed anything, advised us where to go for a trip (thank you for everything) - big and comfortable bed - Nice pool - Location super (everything nearby) - Free parking right at the hotel I always felt very comfortable and safe, nice energy and authenticity.

No alternate breakfast - could maybe easy improved by providing some fruits or vegetabes to the standard. I would also recommend to offer the rooms incl. the beach sunbeds instead of charging for this.

The only thing that I personally would have liked to of seen, maybe expected would be the option of fresh fruit at breakfast, no complaints about what was available, for me just missed some fruit.

Easy check in, close proximity to Pefkous and Lindos. Beautiful Property with view of the beach. We opted out of the included breakfast and instead ordered of the menu at the hotel restaurant and it did not disappoint! They even have Cold pressed juices. Overall happy with our stay, great customer service , clean and comfortable room.
