Starting from a welcome complimentary bottle of homemade wine and grappa (made by Costantino). The room was simply decorated but cozy. The veranda looking like a beautiful garden is a plus! We enjoyed feeling at home away from home! Fausto & Karina

Everything was perfect. Maybe, the speed of the internet might be improved - there were moments when the internet speed was pretty low.

The location is near the center of Platanias (25 minutes walk) and very near to the beach and the main street - however, it is a silent place. The host was very helpful - he offered us whatever information we needed and we asked him, he made reservations for us (taxi from and to the airport or organized trips on the island). The host also offered us some local wine and raki ”on the house”. The room was very clean and it was cleaned daily (except Sunday). There is a fabulous garden we could admire from the terrace.

To have a 10 there had to be a pool :) But tbh it is not needed when the ocean is 200 meters away.

The room was always clean and nice. The view was beautiful both of the garden and the sea!Komstantinos was very kind and helpful! When he told us to call him anytime if we needed anything I guess he didn't expect us to lock ourselves out on the balcony at 10pm, but help came immediately!

The sheets and cover bed are white, and it's great, but difficult to maintain perfect white, so had 1-2 minor stains. There is a hotel with pool near by that has sometimes live music, and I could hear it from the room. However, by 11-12 they would close down the music and we had no troubles sleeping. Also, if other guests are in the garden or on their teraces, you can hear them, but I guess this is everywhere. Overall a quite place, far from the buzzling of the crowded street or clubs.

The best place to stay in Platanias! The owner was very helpful and willing to answer to our every question - we could contact him any time via WhatsApp. The place is cleaned every day and the localization is perfect - close to the city but still calm and quiet.

Smoking neighbours on balconies. Common to Greece the bathrooms tend to have humidity problems, sewage smell and you can't throw toilet paper in the toilet.

Perfect location in Platanias, parking in the yard, comfortable bed. Room was not on the sunny side so it kept cool and made sitting on the balcony comfortable. Great communication with the host.

Location was perfect, near al the restaurants en the beach. The host (konstantinos) was very nice. We were travelling with a baby and had a nice bed for the baby and we could take an umbrella for the beach. Konstantinos had some good recommandations and asked multiple times if we and the baby were oke and if we needed anything. One night the power went out in our studio and he supplied us with hot water for the baby, a candle and a gasburner for heating stuff up, the next morning the electricity was fixed. We will surely come back here.

Extremely helpful and friendly host. Konstantinos managed our stay with a lot of care and tender. Even if we arrived early in the morning, much before the usual check in the room was waiting for us. The studios are facing the sea and a lovely garden. It is a quiet, remote place far from the crowded night-life, although close enough to restaurants and the beach. Everything was just perfect, we thank Kontantinos for his gentle help and care!

Konstantinos was very kind and helpful. We arrived 2:30 am and he wait for us, and he help speak with the car rental company. He also give us a beach umbrella. He was one of my favourite host. The cleaning lady was also fantastic. She works very beautiful. And Konstantinos garden was wonderful.

On one evening there was a loud concert at the hotel next door. Fortunately it finished before midnight.

It was quite nice, very well decorated by the owner Mrs Christina , nice balcon with view to the garden, quite, and calm.. one of the best , it is the amazing garden designed by Mrs Christina , with so many plants and flowers , offering a sense of relief…Parking available , and of course the owner who demonstrates the Cretan hospitality to the maximum extend.. Cretan food , raki, nice songs etc it was one of the best enjoys … I strongly recommend it and I will come again next year…
