Family run so exceptional service. Beautiful modern rooms that have been well designed. Great location in town (few minutes walk) near a supermarket and bus stop. It was quiet and relaxing.

Everything was excellent.

I've enjoyed every minute of my staying. The location is close to the town, airport, buss station, beaches, port and everything you need. The room was really clean and the staff was the best. I would return there at any time and recommend it to all my friends and anyone who's eager for perfect vacation in Greek Islands.

The staff are ever present by the pool area, we felt like we were being watched constantly. There are a lot of CCTV cameras. You cannot consume your own food and drink on the sunbeds- trust me this rule is strictly enforced! You won't get away with it! The building adjacent to the property is a warehouse, the look of which distracts from the Hotel which is very nicely presented. It looks just like the photos on the website.

The rooms are excellent quality, very comfortable bed and superb shower, one of the best i have experienced. Rooms a bit on the small side if i'm being picky. Location handy for Skiathos town bars and restaurants (5 minutes walk), a supermarket and Bus stop 3. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Pool area and sunbeds are very good. No problem with availability while we were there. The manager Alkis is very helpful. We were on ground floor, probably would have preferred floor above.

It would have been nice to have tea bags & coffee in our room, however, they did serve fabulous coffee at the pool bar

You were not allowed to take the pool towels to the beach and had to pay €5 each for a beach towel, however this is fair because they want to keep the pool sand free and we appreciated that. So maybe pack your own beach towels :)

Everything was as pictured. It was probably even nicer! Beautiful finishes around the property! It felt like luxury!

Location is a little out of town, but only 5-10 minute walk into town and port. It worked out fine for us.

Rooms are very well equipped and really nicely decorated (some of the nicest seen on our trip). Small property but they have used the space optimally and it is very nice. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Althaea Luxury Rooms at Skiathos, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely ideal –right next to the bus stop and just a short walk to the town, making it incredibly convenient to explore local attractions, restaurants, shops etc. Despite its proximity to the town, the establishment remains incredibly calm, no noise disturbances at night. The room was impeccable, and I loved having a little private terrace. The modern, high-quality decor and appliances added to the overall ambiance and comfort of the space. One of the highlights of the establishment is the pool, which was well-maintained and added a nice plus to my overall experience. Also the coffee at the bar was excellent ! I regret discovering this a bit too late. A special mention must go to the manager, Alkis. He was extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of his way to provide recommendations and accommodate guests as much as possible. I will definitely return and I highly recommended Althaea Luxury Rooms.

Stayed 4 nights here. Staff were exceptional, always going out there way to make sure everyone is happy. The facilities are really good its a nice chilled out place with a really good location (5-10 minute walk into town with a bus stop and a supermarket 2 minutes up the road) Highly recommend, would definitely come back!

Location quiet, but easy stroll to Harbour etc. Everything was very clean, excellent pool with the most comfortable sun beds,and the hosts were charming.

Spacious, supernice and very clean room. Swimming pool in front of the main door and garden on the other side. Comfortable toilet with a big shower. Great location, close to the center and easy to access from one of the main road of Skiathos with available parking. The staff is very kind and always eager to help. Wifi is excellent.

The Althaea Rooms are perfect for a relaxing get away holiday in the sun but with ferries to other islands and beautiful beaches close by it offers so much . The rooms are only a 2 minute walk to a bus stop for the bus that takes you along the coast to many beaches and 2 minutes from a supermarket. They are just a 5 minute walk into town so lovely quiet location but close to the town and other amenities. Everything is super clean and only 2 years old. The rooms have everything that you need, toiletries, hairdryer, slippers, ironing board and the bed is very comfy. A beautiful swimming pool with the comfiest sunbeds that I have ever experienced. There is a bar area to buy drinks and they also serve croissants, yogurt with fruit and honey or toasted sandwiches. The best part is that it is owned and run by a Greek family who make the experience perfect. The family work as a team, they are very friendly and on hand to ensure that you have everything you need and offer great advice on where to eat and visit, they definitely go the extra mile to ensure that their guests have a great holiday. I would recommend the Althaea Rooms wholeheartedly.

Honestly wasn’t anything !!!

The rooms were decorated just beautifully and had everything we could desire. The sun loungers are sooooo comfy and the cafe bar was very good and was very reasonably priced . The Althaea is a small family run business and they are the most attentive hosts you could ask for . Location was perfect just a 5 minute stroll to the top of main resort . Very quiet relaxed vibe but central to town …… perfect 👌
