The property is located in a very quiet area. The beach is 10 minutes walk, 3 minutes by car and there is a big supermarket nearby. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and very clean. Cleaning is done every day. The terrace of the room is very useful. The owner Tanos and his wife are very caring and hospitable. They meet your every need immediately, thank you very much to both of them. We had a very pleasant vacation.

We had little problem with internet connection on Apple devices. But hosts did fix the problem during our stay. Induction plate for kitchen would be perfect.

Apartment was very clean and accurate to description and pictures. There are two big supermarkets close so location is convenient. Hosts are very pleasant and responsive. Our recommendation for other guests.

Amazing place . Good location, in quiet neighbourhood. 10 min walking from the local beach and the port. Luxury rooms, very clean and cozy, with everything you need. The host are friendly and caring people. We are definitely going to visit them again!

The internet was slow.

The bed was amazing, had a great night sleep. The room was clean and modern. Thanos was very friendly and helpful. The location is great cause you are just by the main road to get to all the amazing beaches, and near a big super market. The center of Nikiti is also a 10 min walk.

The complex is very well built and all units are arranged with taste and a lot of love. Everything was new. Room was cleaned every day. The bed is really comfortable. Hosts are a wonderful people, so pleasant and helpful. Location was great for me. Right beside a very well equipped supermarket and close to the main road which leads further to some of the best Sithonia beaches (by vehicle). For some, who want to go every day to Nikiti city beach, it is a 10min walk. I will return for sure.

The room was great, very clean and very spacious. There was daily room cleaning and changing of the sheets. We had a little kitchen area in the room (sink, dishes, water boiler, coffee machine), which was very helpful as we travelled with a baby. Our hosts, Ms. Katerina and Mr. Thanos, were extremely nice and helpful! They even had a baby crib available. We will definitely come back when we get the chance!

The owners are really sweet and kind. The design of the place is very beautiful and modern and every room has its own balcony and a common garden. They clean the room every day. We had a great time, highly recommended!

The rooms are situated away from the busy area of town, but within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and beach. It is very close to a big supermarket and bakery. The rooms are clean, new and modern. The beds & pillows are comfortable. Our room had a large courtyard with outdoor furniture, and we enjoyed having our breakfast and relaxing there. The aircondioner works well and the TV is big. The whole area is enclosed and has a lovely garden. I think it is especially perfect for families. There was also free parking at the premises. Nikiti is a very central town as you are close to all the best beaches. Our hosts were friendly and hospitable and made our stay enjoyable. I recommend Aloe and hope to visit again soon.

Hosts are amazing!! Gave us really warm welcome and recommendations for beaches, restaurants and everything else we need to know to help make our stay as good as possible. Rooms are being cleaned every day and have really modern design as well as air conditioning on both floors of the suite. Quiet location at a walking distance from Nikiti beach. 10/10 Recommend !!

Location of Aloe is excellent!Spotless room, nice size veranda, facilities in the room. The latter, if you are lucky, you can find in any upscale boutique hotel. What you CAN NOT find in any boutique hotel/apartment is the host's (Thanos) hospitality. He bends over backwards to make sure that your stay is memorable and pleasant. From recommending a nice restaurant to eat with your spouse, to lending you a beach towel or arranging a sun-bed at the beach. I don’t know how far he can go!

This was our first visit in Nikiti. The property is brand new with a good location of the quite side of Nikiti. The hosts are very kind and friendly, always looking to make your stay very comfort and pay attention to every detail. The rooms are cozy, modern and are cleaned up every day! Everything was new in the location. We sleep very well. A very good supermarket it is close (2min) and a coffee bakery also! Stuff was very friendly and help you immediately if need something. A very pleasant stay
