Absolutely Notthing!!

Absolutely everything!! We have stayd at many international 5 star hotell, but this was different! Beeing a relatively small hotell, we got to know staff by their first names. And the frendliness and service they showed us, was simply outstanding!! Everyone, from the nice lady that made up our room, the very friendly front desk staff, and not to mention Stefanos and Gyros who served breakfast, lunch and waited the bar!! The food was excellent, both for breakfast and lunch, and the restaurants they proposed for dinner were also unbelivably good, and with stunning views. They always got us one of the most attractive tables. This was only my first holliday in Greece. But the whole Island seems to consist of service minded, friendly and smiling people. We are definitely going back. My son and daughter in law are also going next year. I have only one thing to add: BRAVO Alleys!!😎

Perfectly located in Pyrgos away from the busy Oia. The hotel is stunning. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms very clean with daily room cleaning.The staff were so lovely and couldn't have gone out of their way more for us. We had a lovely plunge pool and private roof terrace which was spacious and a lovely space. I could not recommend this hotel enough.

Air Con wasn’t as powerful as thought but as not overly hot in September in the evenings/night wasn’t a massive dealbreaker

I loved staying here!! It was my first time on a solotrip and before I booked, I wanted to make sure I would be somewhere beautiful with kind staff After reading a lot of great reviews, I chose to stay at this hotel and now I've been here myself, I can definitely say it was perfect for me and all worth it! They have the best people working here, that make your stay feel very personal and warm. The best food I ate this vacation was actually at the hotel (which is not common for me, because normally I prefer going out for dinner) They've been helping me with every (stupid) question that I had and with everything just so fast. They were all just so kind, I just can't put it into words! Special thanks to Nikoleta, Felia, Stefanos and George!! (Probably writing it all down the wrong way) and ofcourse the housekeeping for keeping my room this clean ☺️ Thank you all so much again and you'll definitely see me back! 🥰

A beautiful and stylish small and cosy hotel with staff going above and beyond to make your stay as relaxed as can be. Great breakfast. Great location in Pyrgos, a charming little hill top village in the middle of the island.

It was super relaxing and everything we wanted it to be. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices, all made to order. The lunch menu was also amazing and the portions were huge. We loved our room and the private jacuzzi. Beds were very comfy and rooms were spotless. Staff were so helpful, kind and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

The staff is fantastic—they are the best staff ever!!! Everyone made us feel at home and had a protective attitude toward all family members. They have wonderful references for car rentals, boat trips, restaurant suggestions, etc- they took care of everything And the breakfast is a dream - a la carte! Outstanding members of staff providing all the information and services we required to make our visit to Santorini the most pleasant of experiences. Excellent facilities. Great food at the restaurant; fantastic cocktails at the bar. Most of all though… the members of staff are great professionals who know what to do and what to say to make you feel well looked after.

As the above review would imply, there wasn’t much at all we didn’t like about the property.

Alleys is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location for exploring the local village of Pyrgos. The room we were allocated (which was an upgrade,) was spotlessly clean with amazing views across part of the island to the sea. The other facilities throughout the hotel were likewise clean and pleasant, as was the gym which we utilised during our stay. The breakfasts provided at Alleys were of a very high standard with plenty of choice. We also chose to have lunch at the hotel on a number of occasions as the dishes were always well presented, fresh and full of flavour. We couldn’t fault the food, or the cocktails served from the bar. Although both the hotel facilities and food were of an extremely high standard, one of the key things that makes Alleys so special has to be the staff. Everyone we met was polite, attentive and helpful. Filia provided us with a warm greeting on arrival, enthusiastically showing us to our room and explaining the facilities. All other staff members we met were just as friendly, however we would like to pay particular mention to George and Stefanos. Both members of the team worked extremely hard throughout our stay to make each guests experience as perfect as possible. Nothing was ever too much for George who never stops and greets everyone with a smile, and Stefanos’ sense of humour and excellent cocktails always went down well with us. Whilst both deserve commending for their extremely hard work, we feel that the whole front of house and behind-the-scenes team at Alleys deserve recognition for the fantastic experience and service they provide. A huge thank you from us both.

Wonderful friendly and helpful checkin when we arrived, we were shown to our suite which was in a quiet corner. The rooms were all very clean and tastefully decorated, on to the terrace with its large hottub to enjoy the quiet location & wonderful panoramic views of Santorini. The extensive a la cart breakfast by the pool was superb, huge choice on the menu, all cooked to order, fresh. delicious, local products. HUGE thanks to George and Stefanos for taking care of our every need during our stay. The village has several amazing tavernas, and you can enjoy stunning views of the island from the top of the village. Excellent bus service to local beaches and Fira. 100% recommend a stay at Alleys and we will be back ASAP.

An absolute gem of a hotel, a perfect trip, would highly recommend! Just had a fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel for my my birthday. Firstly the location is perfect, a ten minute drive from the airport with off street parking. you are then a 30 minute drive from pretty much anywhere on the island. When we arrived Nikoleta and Filia on reception are incredibly sweet and greeted us with a smile and a welcome drink. George and Stefanos in the bar / dining area are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The staff here are absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them, they went over-and-above for us on numerous occasions...helping us to book tables for dinner, remembering our favourite drinks, making recommendations and even organising a cake for my special day! Their attention to detail is spot-on and you really get the personal touch too (the staff all remember your name instantly for example). We booked one of the roof top rooms, which came with our own private heated pool and a beautiful view of the local area and the sea. The hotel was spotlessly clean, well maintained and offers plenty of amenities for its guests. The food is amazing and bar is well-stocked. The main pool is refreshing cool as the hotel is basked in sunshine all day, with cool vibes to relax in, in the 30 degree+ heat! In all honesty we can't speak highly enough of Alleys and couldn't find fault in our stay. Although we rarely go back to the same place twice, we will 100% return to this wonderful resort.

The structure is new, with attention to the smallest details; the hot tub is beautiful. The room is spacious and equipped with all comforts and the common areas are beautiful. The staff is exceptional and very kind: the guys at the bar, the girls at the reception. special thanks to Stephanos for his kindness and to Nikoleta who helped us with reservations in the various restaurants and always gave us excellent advice. It was a wonderful holiday that we will recommend to everyone!
