I wish we had a longer stay!

The staff have been so friendly polite and kind. We had a very homey and relax experience. The staff who served us in the best ways, Stefanos, George, and Nikoleta.

What shall I say? The hotel staff is composed of the most adorable, friendly, helpful, attentive, patient, smart, witty, and empathetic personalities that you can think of. Although I arrived super early (around 6.30 am) on the day of my check-in the receptionist welcomed me in the most kind and understanding manner to tell me that my apartment was already prepared. The apartment itself offered countless amenities, including a small Jacuzzi-sized pool that I had all by myself. Everything was very clean. In summary, it was definitely the highlight of my trip to some of the Greek islands. Special greetings and thanks to Nikoleta. :)

Amazing staff, delicious breakfast and lunch, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, and gorgeous facilities. Also the hotel is ideally located in Pyrgos, close to beaches, restaurants, vineyards, and historic sites. What more can I say!

In our specific room the drain in the bathroom smelt - pretty bad :/ If we would have been staying more than one night we would have asked to change rooms. But due to our circumstance - we just closed the door and that contained it. Everything else was perfect.

My only wish is that the temperature in the jacuzzi was hotter. We also enjoyed the spa at the hotel but their jacuzzi also wasn’t as hot as I would have liked. But that’s a minor issue

The staff, esp Felia, was amazing. Everyone was very attentive. The service was exemplary. The breakfast was fabulous. The room was so great. A living room , 2 televisions, coffee area, bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a private jacuzzi. The usual amenities like a safe, small refrigerator , bathrobes were also provided. This is a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it. They also called taxis for us and sent us off with a packaged breakfast when we had to leave early. They knew our names and room number right off the bat. We felt like we made friends with the staff there and I would go back without hesitation.

I booked this hotel as a birthday celebration for my mothers 60th and she had a wonderful trip. She sung the praises of all the staff and the facilities and felt welcomed from the very beginning. Wonderful resort and top class staff.

My partner and I came to Santorini for our honeymoon last week. Our stay at Alleys was even better than we expected. Everybody was kind and helpful, the hotel is new and has a really good style. Every morning we started with a great breakfast. We can recommend Alleys in every manner. The staff went above and beyond for us, especially Filia, Nicoletta and Stefanos.

The only fault was the pool was too cold.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They have good knowledge on the area and make good recommendations for restaurants and activities. There were good options for breakfast and good facilities including a spa. The room was comfortable and modern with a good view and hot tub to enjoy. Nothing bad about the Alley at all.

I prefer Pyrgos over Fira, Imerovigli or Oia. There are definitely tourist in the town and a good amount of tours stopping by during the day, but it's not overwhelming like Fira and stuck up like Oia and Imerovigli. The staff at Alley's are fantastic. Breakfast was included and it was amazing. I didn't realize the rooms come with our own jacuzzi which is a plus. My spouse got the 1 hour massage and loved it.

Only a small thing ..... in the room you get a coffee machine with cups......they are fine for coffee but a bit to small for tea....that's it.

Breakfast was excellent .....lovely al a cart menu and you can sit outside if you wish which is lovely. The staff were absolutely fabulous and couldn't do more for you. Location I feel is the best ...within a lovely sized village with plenty of restaurants, a bakery and a mini mart. Also a bus service so you can get to other parts of the island reasonably easily and cheaply and 10 mins from the airport....don't worry you don't have any noise issues with it All in all a fab place to stay

The pool and views were exceptional. The staff notably Nikoletta, Stefanos & Filia were wonderful. The food at breakfast was great, so too the service. The location of the hotel relative to the village was very good.

Everything!!! The staff was so helpful throughout our stay. We arrived late and they still provided and even called nearby restaurants to ensure they were opened before we walked to the location. They also called and reserved our transportation for us! Everything was a 10/10!! The bar was near our room and drinks were delicious!! And our massage was lovely as well! I highly recommend this location when visiting Santorini.
