Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomNot sure if this was the hotel or booking.com but they seemed a little surprised when I turned up on my own as the booking apparently was for 2 people. Not an issue as the rate for a double room was the same either way, but people: singles exist and we want huge double beds all to ourselves! It would be great to see a little more eco-friendliness, e.g. an option to tell cleaning staff you don't need fresh towels every day, or for them to switch the lights off when they've finished cleaning.
Had a great 6 nights here as a female solo traveller. Agios Stefanos is perfect if you want peace and quiet away from the noise and crowds of town. Hotel is partly renovated, partly older, I was in one of the buildings lower on the hill so just a short gentle slope to climb from reception. Room was a good size and view from balcony was stunning, no need to even get up (pic is literally taken from the very comfy bed). Breakfast is tasty and keeps you full until the evening when there are some very good restaurants on site and in close vicinity. Access to a beautiful not too crowded beach, but be aware a set of sunbeds with parasol is 20 euros a day (there's a free part too if you byo). A shop for all necessities is 30 secs from the reception and bus stop to go into town is 3 mins walk.. Pool area is clean and pleasant (although quality of music varies). Staff are lovely and kind! My pickup from the port got somehow lost but very nice driver arrived 5 mins after I called them - if you book through booking.com maybe call them up before arrival to make sure they're aware. Airport transfer was complimentary and worked great. WiFi is a bit temperamental, but it is in most Greek islands in my experience. AC worked well, as did fridge/freezer. Best hairdryer of any hotel I've stayed at! A kettle would make this perfect although I always bring my own. All in all a great relaxing stay, would book again.

SwedenGood breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. It's located in front of the beach, nearby a nice market store and close to the bus station to get to town easily. The pool is beautiful and it has a nice bar. Overall very happy with it. The restaurant is very good as well.

United KingdomThe hotel is set in the hillside so getting to the individual rooms on the higher levels may be challenging for some as the paths are quite steep but it does give you good views.
We were island hopping and due to flight and ferry times we stayed here for one night only, catching the ferry to Paros. The location for the ferry port is ideal only a few minutes away. For our purposes the hotel was perfect. The hotel is situated overlooking a small beach and there are busses to the old town from outside. The hotel is ideal if you are catching the ferry, it is clean convenient the staff are helpful and organised our pickup from the airport (late evening) and drop off at the ferry port. Although we did not have dinner there the breakfast was good and in the evening as we arrived the restaurant looked welcoming with illuminated tables overlooking the sea.

PolandHotel with a beautiful sea view. Very friendly service. Restaurant on site. Nearby nice beach, market and restaurants. Hotel located by the new port. For longer stays, it provides free transport to and from. Access on foot from the port by road, uphill - a problem for less able-bodied people. From the hotel every hour bus (2 EUR) to the old port - historic Mykonos. From the new port to the old port every 15 minutes there is a water taxi - Sea bus (2 EUR).

United KingdomThe room was quite small but ok for a quick stop-over. There was some confusion with transfer from the Airport-we were due to land at Mykonos Airport at 21:30, the pre-communication suggested that the transfer would be €50, so I booked a separate transfer for €40. When we arrived the driver from Alkistis was there, alongside the pre-booked transfer and was offering a complimentary service- hence €40 wasted due to poor communication.
Great location for the new port and ferries to other islands and mainland. Good access to the local beach, decent pool and terrace for relaxing. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

AustraliaThe layout of the hotel means guests arriving or leaving at all hours of the night talking and shouting to each other disrupt sleep because they go past all the rooms. The patios unfortunately also can allow noisy guests to chat or smoke all night, again disrupting sleep.
Great room, patio view was superb. Really friendly staff.

CanadaLittle bit of a walk uphill to the rooms, which was advertised in the listing. We were fortunate to have a room located not too far from the bottom, however if you have a room at the top it could be quite the journey.
Beautiful, modern and clean hotel/resort. The beach was located across the road right in front of the hotel, and wasn't too busy. Short 15 min walk to the New Port/Marina, where you can grab a Sea Bus for 2 euros/pers one way to Old Port or the old town of Mykonos. Convenience store/shop located next door to the hotel, cheap snacks and drinks and delicious pizza and sandwiches. Pool was secluded from most of the wind, and had a very relaxing atmosphere facing the sun. The sunsets were absolutely stunning, as the Hotel/Resort faces West. Staff were very friendly, and had no issues with the check-in/check-out process. A complementary shuttle was booked for us both ways from/to the airport, with prior coordination with reception. 10/10 would recommend to anyone planning on visiting Mykonos.

United StatesNot much I didn’t like. Price was a little high but still was the best value when compared to other hotels around the same quality on Mykonos’s.
Very nice, modern and clean. With close more privet beach access, away from the crowds by old port. Yet still only a 10 min drive. Also walking distance to new port but they do offer a shuttle service through the hotel. Also loved adults only. No screaming kids in the pool >

AustraliaThere are no lifts or elevators to the rooms, so it is quite a walk up the hill to your room
Location was in a good part of Mykonos because it wasn’t in the crazy busy area and the hotel did have parking. Hotel staff were relatively friendly and all airport transfers were on time which is very important. Ladies do go topless around the pool which creates an extra fun environment.

United KingdomThe breakfast could have been more varied, more fresh fruit etc. the same things on offer each day was not great, certainly noted by day seven of of stay. More complimentary water for guests. I do not think hotel guests should have to pay at all for use of the beach / loungers. At €25 per person per day this seemed excessive and unnecessary. Public beach was fortunately close as an alternative.
Warm reception from all staff, the ease of airport pick up and drop off was very welcome especially with later flight times. Very clean rooms, faultless housekeeping. Simple rooms. Stunning location away from the chaos of Mykonos town yet not so far away for a day trip in that direction. Peaceful hotel. Pool and beach were lovely. Good restaurants nearby.
