We've stayed at Alexandra hotel for 4 nights during mid June 2024. There was slight issue with our accomodation at the beggining, and hotel staff organized immediatelly to fix the issue and make our stay great! Our apartment was great, clean, and very comfort. Private pool really creates the joy. Apartment was cleaned twice a day. Staff is extremely polite, always there if you need anything. Room service is fast. Location is perfect, at the middle of golden beach, with private sundbeds. Definatelly will go back to Alexandra hotel!

We found the main pool shallow & it would have been nicer not seeing duck poo on the pool side furniture

Very close to a sandy beach, great staff, excellent breakfasts. Beautiful room & lovely calm relaxing feel to the whole hotel. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance & no need for a car hire.

I'm deeply surprised that Hotel Manager remembered my name & 3 years ago stay with my wife. Our previous stay on 10.10.2021 because of weather conditions we had missed the ferry to Thassos & we had to stay in Keramoti in a pansion. Today the manager upgraded my room to a lovely flat in front of the pool. I hope to stay in the hotel. Best Regards Evren

A very good welcome. Polite staff. I got a cake for my birthday and lots of amenities in the rooms. Highly recommend, wonderful three days spent with my family at the hotel!

Wealthy area is quite poor - very nice steam bath and too small gym corner. Tables in the restaurant were for two and it was a really challenge to manage to have a breakfast with our friend on table for three. Manager of the restaurant gave his best but I found hotel policy in this direction for awkward.

The hotel is very quiet and perfectly located to the beach. Rooms are nice, we were upgraded to mesonet with private pool and jacuzzi. Cleaning of the rooms were twice per day or more. I had a fantastic deep massage, many many thanks to this amazing girl!

One of the best resorts we have had the pleasure to visit. The staff was genuinely friendly, helpful and excited to make our stay memorable. The food and drinks were spectacular and the location could not be better. Can’t wait to return for another fun-filled vacation.

Very few interesting things to do nearby.

Excellent location at the heart of Golden beach. Private beach with enough space between umbrellas and nice lounges. Really good and delicious food. Helpful stuff. Towel service twice a day.

Everything was great and amazing at the hotel. We got a free room upgrade from suite to an actual house with a private pool. The staff was extremely polite and friendly without being over friendly. If it were up to me, I would not change anything. Food was really good and had plenty of options both at breakfast and dinner. It's the perfect place for relaxing and having a great time. Only problem is that you don't want to visit anything else while staying there.

The hotel is really a 5-star hotel, in all aspects. Starting from the comfort of the rooms, to the equipment, to the exemplary cleanliness of the spaces, to the service of the staff who try not to leave any wish unfulfilled and ending with the private beach equipped with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. In my case, the experience at this hotel was exactly as I was promised on the day of arrival: a memorable one, from the first to the last day of my stay.

The pools were cold and realise we visited early in the season but if one pool could have been heated that would have been great.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and there was something for all tastes. The hot food was always hot, bread fresh, nice fruits, pastries, hams and cheeses. We also ate at Dunes and the dinner choice was also excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned every day and kept very clean. The spa offered a lot of treatments and I had a very good pedicure. The hotel location was also good, a quiet spot ( May visit)but close enough to walk to other places and right on the sandy beach.

It was expensive unfortunately.

The hotel was so nice. The room also was so nice. It was big, clean and pretty. Near to the beach :) I want to go one more time :) Employees were very kind.
