The sign to the reception office is not clear as the office is located behind a restaurant. The staffs at the reception office is not very responsive and don’t communicate well, causing miscommunication between us and the private transfer driver.

The external hot tubs are not dedicated to the rooms and can be used by everyone staying there. Not a major issue but we didn’t understand that. Our room was literally below the road and on the last night we could hear the cars passing overhead (I think there was something loose on the road that night as we didn’t hear anything during the previous three nights. The noise wasn’t loud but it was noticeable).

The information provided on booking app including photos is not correct. I booked my self a villa and i found that it was connected to another villa by door and can hear everything. It was nit mentioned on any discription.

Generally all Good . The only issue was there was only one bathroom for 6 people . Rest all good .

Location Great , Views great , rooms smaller but nice . The reception guys attended to all our needs . Particularly picked up all our big 6 luggages plus a few smaller ones while check in and check out . Was relieved for that .

Fantastic, beautiful location overlooking the cliffs of Oia. Nice little swimming pool and traditional ‘cave’ rooms. Staff were lovely and helpful. We ordered food from the restaurant next door and they delivered to our terrace

Bathroom could have been a little more modern, with proper ventilation. Feels very dated.

Staying in Oia, Santorini at the Alexander's Suites was a very good experiences. The location, view, and service were excellent. The room is more traditional (older style) and not a 'modern' suite that you expect; doesn't mean that its bad, just that it's a different experience. We enjoyed it. The breakfast was very good, and served outside on the portico, with the full view of the Caldera!! Being in Oia, it's a 10 - 15 min walk to the famous sunset point with shops and restaurants on both sides. Service was very efficient. Would highly recommend staying here.

- My only complaint would be the breakfast. I'd describe it as rather a mediocre one. The choise of food was limited. No milk for your coffee. On one of the morning, I got served a boiled egg that had went bad and had a rather horrible smell. All in all, given that you can find amazing food at a decent price in Oia, I wouldn't count much on the breakfast. The only good thing about it was the view from the terrace. The breakfast is the reason I gave this place a score of 9, otherwise it would have been a solid 10.

Dusty, construction all day. The property never mentioning before We don’t need total cleaning, we need only fresh towels but they should take trash. I took 2 trash bin out by myself. And the big dumpster blocked the hotel sign, we drove pass 3 times, finally we ask some workers around there. Hotel should be informed about construction and renovation.

The location was stunning with wonderful views of the crater and looking across the white buildings built into the hillside in Oia. Having a hot tub that we shared with only one other room was also incredible.
