As others have noted, the listing could be improved for accuracy as it implies the hot tubs are private for each room (which we learnt they are not). Similarly, some instructions on where reception is would be helpful.

Absolutely stunning view, truly breathtaking. Convenient location for exploring Oia. Enjoyed the hot tub.

We were suppose to have 2 super suites; but were told upon arrival they couldn't do it because other guest were staying longer than us. We booked well in advance. Jacuzzi at our friends suite was not working and our jacuzzi was shared with strangers in the nearby suites. Neither had view of the sea from Jacuzzi.

Location was great, views were exceptional during our morning breakfast.

The advert is misleading, you don’t have your own private outside terrace but share it with a few other rooms. Your hot tub ( should your room have one) is on this terrace too so not private. On looking at the cave suite with caldera view it showed a sitting room as well as the bedroom ,it is shared with another room so again not private. The breakfast was adequate but for the price there should have been more choice however it Is brought down several steps to you and the staff are nice. It is more of a b & b as the rooms are in various places and there is no central area to sit. But the views are amazing from this property !!!

We loved the place as it was in a quiet area at the beginning of Oia and near to the bus stop. A supermarket and restaurants are nearby. Some hotels have many steps but ours was close to the road. The views are amazing, the room was comfortable ( and cool) and the staff friendly. The small “dip” pool was a bonus and we were lucky that there weren’t many people wanting to use it at the same time.

The swimming pool is really small and has a hole in the middle which is really inconvenient. They really need to maintain it in a better way. Wi-Fi is really poor.

Some parts in need of a refurb and looking a little tired. The swimming pool is very small and wasn’t clean. Suites and in particular, reception were quite difficult to find - website would benefit from referencing landmarks I.e Mia’s Restaurant.

Lovely traditional cave house very spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Fantastic views over the caldera. Lovely breakfast brought to the terrace outside the room. Use of WhatsApp to communicate with staff was excellent and staff very responsive.

Cramped room to room spacing. My cave room had mosquitoes. We were fighting them every night. Shared pool very small with sun beds for 4 people. Pool closed at sunset.

Location was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in the same property 3 years ago and I came back to the same location again. But this time I had a “cave room” and no jacuzzi. For the price 260 euro per night. Three years ago I paid 150 euro for room with jacuzzi. Crazy price for mediocre room. So I likely will not come back there again.

Love the location in Oia, and it has a beautiful view! The hosts were very helpful! And we were able to leave our luggages with them after checkout.

The facility is worn out, the cleanliness could be improved. We took the family villa with private whirlpool/ jacuzzi access, but it lacked privacy as 2 other rooms are located by the same balcony area (the advert/ positioning of the room should be clearer). The kitchen and kitchenware needs an upgrade, as it looked to have been faded from unuse. Also, it lacks professional management for a property of that price per night. There is this one or two guys managing it, but just about as mechanically as possible (don't expect too much smiles, greetings or cordiality per se). The common pool is further few steps down outside of the property and seemed to have been shared by few other property guests.

Location is outright fantastic, hands down. Just at the right part of the caldera slopes (also not too many steps down), giving the best possible views you can imagine. The main Santorini promenade area is just a 3 to 5 minutes walk up from here, and there are a great many eating options and convenience stores around.

Amazing view.. the highlight, hot tub overlooking the spectacular scenery was worth the additional money to enjoy. Lovely having breakfast overlooking the view on our balcony. Nice spacious accommodation.

The pool is not quite as advertised, one pool between the many apartments. Luckily we were with a group so this was fine. We were also told upon arrival that we weren’t allowed to use the jacuzzi even thought it was right on our deck area

The sign to the reception office is not clear as the office is located behind a restaurant. The staffs at the reception office is not very responsive and don’t communicate well, causing miscommunication between us and the private transfer driver.

The external hot tubs are not dedicated to the rooms and can be used by everyone staying there. Not a major issue but we didn’t understand that. Our room was literally below the road and on the last night we could hear the cars passing overhead (I think there was something loose on the road that night as we didn’t hear anything during the previous three nights. The noise wasn’t loud but it was noticeable).

The information provided on booking app including photos is not correct. I booked my self a villa and i found that it was connected to another villa by door and can hear everything. It was nit mentioned on any discription.

Generally all Good . The only issue was there was only one bathroom for 6 people . Rest all good .

Location Great , Views great , rooms smaller but nice . The reception guys attended to all our needs . Particularly picked up all our big 6 luggages plus a few smaller ones while check in and check out . Was relieved for that .

Our stay was excellent, the only minor thing is that the room had one window without blinds so the sun streamed in the room early in the morning

Fantastic, beautiful location overlooking the cliffs of Oia. Nice little swimming pool and traditional ‘cave’ rooms. Staff were lovely and helpful. We ordered food from the restaurant next door and they delivered to our terrace
