Everything was great!

We enjoyed everything! The location is great.. on the beach! The hotel is exactly as it is described in the pictures! The room was clean and the water was always great! The ladies at the reception desk were so lovely and they speak a very good English so communication was great! The breakfast was delicious and plenty of options to choose from.

Bathroom should be renovated and better cleaned. No parking - you can park at the street 200-300 m away from the hotel.

Location is great, communal areas are very well maintained. All rooms face the see and offer stunning views from the balcony. The beach in front of the hotel is sandy and the water is super clean. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Good breakfast

Rooms are comfy but bathrooms need to be renovated. Lunch menu is very limited and lacks greek cuisine specialities...

Wonderful location near the Crystal Clear sea, You don't need to go different beaches everyday. The staff are very friendly.

So we were there for 1 week and some things stood out as a bit of negatives: - The rooms were not cleaned much, kinda sloppy - Our room was old, unlike on the pictures, with broken furniture and appliances, mold in the bathroom... etc - The restaurant is unreliable, it is more of a beach club & bar: too few options and no seafood ! However it was delicious, compliments to the kitchen - Although we had an amazing beach and views, I feel it was pricey - Parking a car is a big problem so be sure to walk 5mins to you car

The view was amazing, the whole peoperty was like an isolated oasis from the rest of accomodations in this part of Greece. The beach was the best asset - sandy breach, no rocks, clear waters and views of Thasos island. Close to Kavala to hop for a quick dinner or lunch.

Everthing can furyher be improved o course; but I have no spesific remark to make. Not a big problem but absense of an dedicated autopark (because of the location of the hotel) a point to mention but there is always a nearby parking possibility on the nearby streets at a walking distance. First of all all the staff was helping and serving at their best. This was valid for all (from the owner Ms Pelin to all people working at the hotel) Its location was wonderful. We were here before covid in 2019; what I noticed is that the management quality of the hotel has improved a lot. I hope we will come back again latest next season. Many thanks first of all Ms Pelin the owner, then to Ms Iliana Karabetsi from the reception dept. and all the other staff as well Chris from the bar who helped voluntarily to fix and adjust the TV in out room the first night voluntarily. Had such a great stay that could not say anything as cons.

Perfect little hotel located right on the beach. We stayed in a deluxe room, and all deluxe rooms are located on the first floor with a sea view. The bed is super comfortable, we liked the design of the rooms. The bathroom is very spacious. You go out of the room and 20 seconds later you're on this beautiful garden looking at the sea. There's beach bar Il Primo at the hotel, where you can enjoy drinks and have very tasty meals. Loved it and will go back again. The owner is very pleasant lady that is trying to keep the guests absolutely happy, and she does a great job. Also, the staff is super friendly.

The only minus is that there is no parking and you have to park somewhere in the streets.

The hotel is very nice! It is perfect for a family or for people that need quiet and hidden spot near the beach. The restaurant is also good and the food is delicious. The personel is really sweet, responsive and hard working. We will come back again next year. :)

OMG, how could we award them with 11 points on booking.com :-). Hotel Akti Kavala (which means coastline) offers everything you need for your perfect holidays! Nice and cosy rooms, a private beach, beach bar, a wonderful restaurant (they also put regional products on the menu (for example coffee and beer). The breakfast is great and they try to offer everyday something new. Wonderful helpful staff - a real recommendation!!

A bit confusing with the sunbeds connected to the hotel.. We asked to put stuff on a tab on our room, but that seemed hard for the staff. The service level was pretty low due to difficulty of getting attention and also miscommunications..

Great location next to a nice beach with sunbeds included. Also great view from the balcony. Decent breakfast offering.

Great location right on the beach. The road however is very busy and to have to find parking was unexpected since last year they offered free parking. Admittedly the booking site said "no parking" but such a detail is easily overseen when you have a prior experience. Breakfast was very good, fresh scrambled eggs and hard-boiled eggs laid out in a pleasing format. Two issues: it would have been nice to start at 8 am instead of 8.30. Many guests were obviously ready for breakfast so it was a bit congested at 8.30. Another thing: paying 150 euros or so a night i would appreciate butter rather than a substitute.

The location, foods was very good. The personnel was outstanding they were always smiley. The hotel is vert near the sea and has a very good bar. The rooms were very clean. It was really a good and fun experience to us. Actually there is no negative thing about just there is no car prk but it is not a problem at all. Because you can easily find a place near on the streets. Thank you

The hotel itself, amazing staff with smiling faces, the delicious meals on the menu, top quality.. Very clean beach, beautiful water.. Once you check-in, you never want to check-out and stay as long as possible..
