The apartments are very beautiful nice balcony big room and cooking facilities if needed in excellent condition. Modern room and with modern shower which is important in Greece.Very good location. Location is right in the centre walking distance to everywhere in Tolo. Highly recommend this place. We had a nice stay :)

everything was great, nothing negative

Everything was beyond expectations. The owners were very kind and helpful. The location is great just above the beach. The view from the balcony very nice, the rooms spacious with comfy beds and great cleanness. They left us cold water and juice in the fridge and also some biscuits etc for breakfast.

Amazing apartment in 50 meters from sea coast and view on the sea. Super charming and helpful family run this hotel. Everything we needed was in the room, cleaning every other day, kitchen utensils absolutely everything. The bed was very comfortable, the mattress was new, towels were clean and new. Wifi and air conditioning worked properly. A lot of restaurants and stores in 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Everything was fully in line with expectations and even better

The TV and the AC are old, but both of the are working. Maybe salt/ pepper and oil for the kitchen would be nice for cooking. Overall, I think you pay for what you get, even you get more.

The location is very nice, near the port and the beach. Just walking distance from supermarket and bakeries. The view from the balcony was very nice. Maria left all sort of goodies in the kitchen, like croissants, juice, cookies, water and tea/coffee. Maria is the most amazing person, she was so nice. She gave us to try a delicious cake she made. The apartment has everything we needed. We parked just next to the apartment, behind her car, that was very convenient.

Everything was excellent.

This apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly located a few minutes walk from everything - the beach, umpteen tavernas, port (where day cruises depart) and the bus stop. The bed was comfortable and the aircon and wifi worked well. There’s a little kitchen off the bedroom, and a nice big balcony with a great sea view and, most importantly, an awning to allow you to sit out even when the sun is at it’s hottest. The host Maria is really lovely. She is onsite which is very convenient for communicating departure times, etc. Maria provided anything that we needed and even gifted us some delicious home baking.

We were accommodated in the "superior appartment", second floor. Three adults. The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary things needed for a comfortable stay. Most of the equipment is new. I got the impression that some kitchen tools were still unused. The apartment has two balconies, one of which has a see view, while the other faces the hill behind the house. Both balconies have seating equipment. There are also two Smart TVs in the apartment. The apartment is perfectly clean and tastefully furnished! The beach is a few steps from the apartment. There is also a larger beach at the opposite end of the town, but you have to go to it by car. Mrs Maria and her daughter Atina are the most hospitable hosts I have ever been a guest with. At every moment, they did their best to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thank them very much!

Everything was good.

Lovely top floor apartment with sea view balcony, as well as balcony to rear. The owner, Maria, was so helpful and kind. The apartment had recently been modernised and had everything we needed. If there was anything additional wanted Maria provided it. Located in the quieter end of town near the harbour. A minutes walk over the road for early morning pre breakfast swims when the beach was empty. Tolo was a great centre for visiting islands (Hydra, Spetse) as well as lovely Naflion (an easy bus ride away). Great for archeological sites too. This was my 19th visit to Greece and one of the pleasantest places I have stayed. I would recommend these apartments to anyone visiting.

Location is perfect, across the street you are on beach. The water is clean and warm. Marija is so kind, we have problems with car and she helped us , found the mecanikal and they soved the problems for 5 min. Thank you Maria. The room is clean.

We have only good words to say about our experience in Akrotopi! We stayed in room B4, a very comfortable, clean, with sea view place. Actually, it is not a room but a small house. As we are a family with a 10 months baby, we used the one room as bedroom and the other as a play room. The kitchen was very well equipped, so that we could prepare there all the baby meals. The rooms are near to the street, however due to the structure of the building we did not hear any noise at all! The pleasant experience was the lovely host, Mrs. Maria. In Greece, we have a word to describe the hospitality and warmness of the people, this is filoxenia. Through Maria's kindness, we had the chance to enjoy the Greek filoxenia and falling in love with Tolo, although we have visited it several times in the past.. She is literally the heart of the place, always helpful, kind, taking care of our little baby, taking care of us. Thank you dear Mrs.Maria for reminding us what filoxenia is and for the whole experience. We look forward to visiting you and Tolo next summer!

Possibly one of the best locations to stay in Tolo. Beach and free parking just around the corner. Super friendly host who puts her mind and heart into the place - felt really welcomed.
