We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt is in a gorgeous spot, with excellent staff under the leadership of Mathios. The rooms are very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bar has a fabulous outlook and the waiting staff were attentive and helpful. We took advantage of the sunbeds on the little beach and also took the 1 hour trip to local beaches which was informative and entertaining. There is a regular bus service right outside the door. We were able to book transfers from the ferry port and then to the airport through the hotel too. Most Greek owners offer such great service and this hotel is no exception. We highly recommend.

United KingdomThe bed! It was soooo hard! I noticed a few other reviews have mentioned this as well. Whilst I understand this is a personal preference they were VERY hard. I did request a mattress topper though and was provided the only one they have which was great.
Location amazing! Rooms lovely.. staff very friendly, hard working and always on hand. My room was fantastic, overlooked the sea (all rooms do) and loved listening to the sea rolling in every evening. Restaurant and bar great also, with exceptional views. Really easy to get around the island with the bus service! Also loved the fact that you chose your breakfast and it was brought to you (not a traditional Buffet style!).

United KingdomFantastic views great quiet location with three good restaurants in the bay which are all good value. Quiet terraces at the hotel and nice chairs bean bags on your own terrace - lots of places to lounge and take shade. Bus stop into the capital right outside the hotel door . Breakfast is excellent lots of choice and staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Unique location for Santorini close to the sea and no other accomodation nearby. Quiet a few good restaurants reachable on foot. Bus right in front. Very friendly welcome and good maintenance. Beautiful rooms with excellent view. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Recommend 100%.

NorwayOne of the best hotels I've ever been to. It's so cozy, clean, and quiet. This is one of the most quiet places on the island. The location is perfect. It has a good view. Next to some good restaurants. 3 minutes walk from the historical site and 10 minutes walk to the red beach. Although you can pay and go there (and also to white and black beaches by boat). The room is so clean and cute. The staff are super nice and helpful. It has a nice view and it is so peaceful to sit on the balcony on the sun beds. I totally recommend this place to everyone.

One of the nicest boutique hotels I have ever stayed. It is very peaceful while so easy to get to the main area by bus for only 2 euro [The bus stop is literally at the hotel so you can wait for the bus at the restaurant, no need to even walk outside]. The owner is also very nice and explains the history as well as the areas and things to do around Santorini very well. The room has everything you need. And the balcony and the sunbed in front of the room is super chill. You can relax here all day without the need to go anywhere.

Yosif in the restaurant, Anna-Maria in reception and all the cleaning/breakfast personal has been everything that you can hope for! Giving us anything we need and many tips about the island of Santorini. The ocean view from our room was breath taking and the room was always clean & cozy! The breakfast was good where you choose from a list the day before - we were always satisfied. The restaurant is welcoming and has great food and coffee. The location is perfect if you want to take the boat to some of the beaches, walk to red beach or take the 2€ bus. There is also scooters and quad bikes you can rent. We loved Akrotiri hotel and will definitely stay here again if we visit Santorini again! THANK U!

Such a lovely place to stay in Santorini ! Away from the hustle of the main centres (which we loved) but a bus stop right outside! The hotel itself is so pretty and has spectacular views. The staff were fantastic - Anna Maria in particular was incredibly helpful and arranged us our port transfers. The breakfast was also lovely. We will be back.
