Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe location was far away from Thira and Oia. We had to get taxis which were very expensive, the host were amazing at booking these for us though.
The interior of the apartment was really modern and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were amazing! It had a stunning view overlooking the sea. Nothing beats sitting in a jacuzzi watching the sunrise.

AustraliaIt is a bit far away from the city so you will need a mode of transportation to get to places (car/ATV rentals are a good cheep option), however this can also be a good thing if you plan on enjoying your own private stay on the island away from the crowds which is what we did.
Our host Antreas was very accommodating during our stay. Letting us check in early on arrival and allowing us to check out late on our last day due to having a late flight. Taxi pick up was also organise from the airport and even dinner and tour reservations were organised by Antreas. The place itself was so quiet they you are able to hear the waves crashing in the distance. We are very great-full for the hospitality and consideration given to us by Antreas making our stay even more enjoyable and pleasant.

Hong Kong- the google location is wrong, which is very misleading, there is no shop or restaurants nearby - the place is very remote, you will need a car, SUV preferably or an ATV, as the road leading to the property is very rocky. Some taxi or cars will refuse to drop you because they will refuse to use the road - this side of the island is very windy, so it’s almost impossible to enjoy being outside during the day time - the house is newly build, but at the same time, full of defects in craftsmanship, the shower gets flooded every time you want to use it. - even worse, some stair rungs are missing on the stair case leading to the living room. My girlfriend happened to slip and fall in the staircase, she almost fell down 2 meters down because of that. - House keeping is not included, and only 4 coffee capsules were provided for a 5 nights stay. cutlery and glasses were not very clean.
