I have no complaints

The photos on social media does this property an injustice as it far exceeded my expectations when I saw it first hand!!! The guys in reception, one was named Panos, were both very attentive and ensured that everything was comfortable and ready for me. I flew in early and once the room was ready , I got to check in which was great! I will come back again and again to this property!!! My only regret is that I didn’t book 2-3 nights.

Was difficult to find as it is not sign posted. I had to get a shop keeper to call the hotel. Alot of steps to go up and down which may affect anyone with mobility issues.

Centrally located in Thira. Shops, boutiques and cafes on doorstep. Stunning view of Caldera. Immaculate cave room. I had booked the Soul suite. Breakfast is served on the terrace with sea views.

The only small critique would be a sign pointing the way from the front entrance to the top of the staircase that leads down to the reception area.

Beautifully located to Fira central shopping area & perfect location for sunset view straight from your own private balcony area. Included breakfast was delicious with a variety to choose from. My only regret was not staying longer.

Te view was amazing! Breakfast was really good too. The suite had enough space and we loved the bubble bath with the view on the volcano.

The location of the suites was perfect! So close to food and a perfect spot for sunset without the crowds!! The staff were very helpful with carrying our bags to our room and helping with anything we needed.

The plunge pool was too warm from the sun.

The view from our room was spectacular! Having your breakfast served to you overlooking this view was awesome! The room was clean and spacious and facilities were great. The staff were very helpful, particularly the guy that carried our suitcases up and down the very steep stairs going down to our room!

The views of the Caldera were beautiful from the balcony of the room. There was a varied breakfast selection which you could choose from the day before. This was then delivered to the balcony of you room every morning at a chosen time. The staff were very helpful and assisted with cases; they gave good advice about where to eat and places to visit. We had a really lovely stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Big staircase to climb but that’s Santorini. Could have been worse.

Room was beautiful. View of caldera was amazing. Loved breakfast made to order on the patio and plunge pool was so refreshing everyday. Staff was friendly and helpful with bags.

You take a shower at the bathtub/ jacuzzi. There are no handrails, hence one has to be careful as İ almost slipped. Might be difficult for elderly persons / those with knee problems to get down into the tub

The only bad thing about the room we got (next to the reception) is that there is a restaurant above. So, there was a lot of noise until late, around 1 am.

The beds are too soft, and the single bed is actually far more comfortable. The bathroom design is not ideal as the shower area is not convinient. A few more chairs to sit would improve the comfort.

The sunset view from the balcony is spectacular, among the most beautiful scenery you can experience in your life. The breakfast and cleaning staff are especially friendly, providing amenities and answering questions immediately.
