Everything! Exceptional and non-intrusive service. wonderful breakfast with wide variety and perfect execution. Amazing view, great location, clean, kitchenette, and relaxing private hot tub with phenomenal view. Right in the center of town close to restaurants, but still felt quiet and secluded. perfect combo.

Located in Fira- the main town of Santorini, very central and easy to walk to shops, restaurants, taxi and bus station. Only a few stairs- not a problem at all. The room was huge with an amazing view. Absolutely breathtaking. Our room was named ‘Motion’, we had a hot tub on the balcony with a caldera and sunset view. The staff were beautiful. Very accomodating. They booked transfers, tours, gave advice on public transportation and bus time tables. Even stored our luggage on the day of check out so we could sight see without taking suitcases around with us. The breakfast each morning was the most spectacular breakfast we’d ever had, and we have travelled a lot. Everything about this hotel was perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Breakfast order was a bit unreliable - portion sizes were different each day. But it was really a minor issue. . . It was always delivered on time and delicious.

Great location. We weren't aware that the property was located off the drivable road, so needs a little walking after getting off the cab. But the cab driver called the property and the staff came to meet us at the taxi stand and helped with the luggage. Great room with great views of the balcony. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped plan our activities.

Location!Location!Location!Picturesque view of the Caldera. Walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Big variety of breakfast and they deliver it at your balcony. The service was excellent. Panos went above and beyond to cater our needs and assist us with our tours. He bookes us a boat tour that we really enjoyed tremendously. The room was beautiful and spacious. We love everything about this hotel. Highly recommended.

There isn’t much privacy when in the hot tub, so expect other guests to be able to look down upon you or to say hi as they walk past to their rooms.

The location couldn’t be better, with amazing views of the caldera, especially from the hot tub at sunset or during breakfast on the terrace. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable for the two of us on our two night stay.

Overall was one of the BEST hotel experiences we've had, would definitely recommend and hope to someday come back again! They emailed us ahead of time and arranged a 30 euro shuttle from the airport which made it very convenient. The front desk employee, Panayiotis (spelling?) was super friendly, helpful, and made our stay very wonderful! He welcomed us on arrival with complimentary champagne and was very available throughout our stay for any questions. The included breakfast was very delicious and perfectly on time every morning delivered directly to our bedroom where we could eat it at table outside our room while viewing the beautiful caldera. We got to pick from a LARGE selection of what we wanted (no limits!) the night before and were always completely stuffed after breakfast. We stayed in the "motion" room so we had our own hot tub (a MUST!!) which was so lovely sitting in (got up to 40C!) in the off season (we went in December) while watching the sunset. Grocery store nearby made it easy to buy beer, wine, and snacks, but the room also has a minibar with beer, wine, sodas if you're in a pinch! The cave room itself was so beautiful and updated/modern with excellent lighting and a huge space. Little espresso machine and hot water kettle + complimentary 1 liter of water daily and bags of tea were very appreciated. Definitely worth the money we paid and more, if you're still deciding, do it!!! You won't regret it!

Just if strike affects and you leave early say not staying for 1day, should refund money or can give some vouchers for future. If I wish to stay one day extra I need to pay. I guess should be equal for both sides. Rest everything was superb fantastic looking forward again to visit.

When blinds are open there feel like there is little to no privacy as people walking by could see in. (sheer curtains would be nice to let light in while preserving privacy)

Bed very comfortable. Located close to a lot of restaurants, shops, and easy transportation. The view is amazing. Feels very open and bright. Breakfast very good.

everything, the view is the best definitely in Santorini very clean, hot tub nice temperature, air conditioning perfect, nice the jacuzzi in the bathroom , they serving your breakfast in the balcony at the time you requested. but the outstanding value is the staff very kindly friendly guys vert helpful. also I got the tours and pick up from the airport from the hotel and both services was amazing. thank you Panayotis

It didn’t bother us at all, but because you’re right in the center of Fira you hear sounds from nearby restaurants. We liked that a lot because it wasn’t loud and also allowed us to be near all the important spots… for end of October highly recommended as businesses start to shut down for the winter season.

Lovely staff, attentive and very knowledgable and helpful with suggestions etc. Thank you for the best experience from start to finish, we loved our stay and highly recommend Akasha. A la carte breakfast with the most amazing view of the Caldera was our favourite together with the kind and helpful staff… we felt like coming home every evening. Also… do the catamaran tour as suggested by the hotel staff suggests… it was our highlight!

Amazing location with stunning views. We stayed in the inertia suite and it was beautiful! Breakfast options were vast, fresh and delicious. Location is right in center of Fira but when in room it is completely silent. The perfect place!
