Nothing! Everything was great! We had 2 days of bad weather and our lovely hosts did everything in their power to protect the cushions of the patio furniture so it wouldn't be wet the next day.

The hosts! We had such a lovely time here, everything was great and exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable and the outside area was lovely to sit after a long day of exploring. Also, everything was very clean, the bathroom was spacious and the view was super dreamy. Must know: the best way to travel around the island, included the hotel is by car or ATV. The best thing about this place though are the hosts! Fotini and her family are so kind and welcoming, it really felt like a second home. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

AMAZING Beautiful view, tranquility, lovely nautic themed decor, spacious, very clean, many amenities, some free water & bread & delicious homemade jam at arrival, absolutely wonderful & very charming hospitality, 100% recommended!!! Pro-advice: get a atv/quad or car since the place is on the more remote side of the island in the south and being flexible in moving around is definitely recommended

Gorgeous place and magnificent host. The 10 points don't reflect the true value of this accommodation. The environment is calm, quiet and beautiful, and the appartment is clean, comfy, and well-equiped. The view is even better in reality than in the pictures. We immediately felt at home thanks to our host, Fotini. I've read many times on Booking that XY is the best host ever, but Fotini truly is. She was there with her family as well enjoying the summer in Milos, and we quickly understood that we weren't in just an appartment but in their home. The home made marmalade and liquor was amazing, but her kindness and helpfulness was exceptional. The place is maybe a bit far from Milos's bigger towns, but by car everything is just 15-20 mins. In addition, one of the best restaurants of the island is next door. We aren't the kind of travelers who go back to the same places, however, this time, we will definitely come back to this gem with friends and family. Thank you Fotini for everything! Aigeis-milos was the peak of our honeymoon!

Can’t say a single bad thing

Was so beautiful, amazing views and architecture. Host was amazing, by far the most accomodating, helpful, friendly, caring host my partner and I were lucky enough to ever meet. Everything was assisted for us in organising everything, including the host going head over heels to help me surprise my partner with a custom birthday cake and she even gave her a gift of wine. Milos is such a beautiful island and I couldn’t recommend staying here more, was by far the nicest place of our 2 month Europe trip.

Excellent place Quiet / remote location (with a awesome view) - very very nice if you are looking for something like that. ATV or car is required to reach any place from there Good restaurant a few meters from the house and 2 beaches in maximum 10 minutes driving Host was very nice and helpful.

We are a couple of male friends. The apartment was located on a cliff above the sea. Great panoramic view. It seemed to be suspended over the sea. The house, very clean, well equipped, was a real surprise. Most of the wooden furniture was handmade by Marina’s husband and from her sister’s husband. A very modern and Smart apartment. The white sheets and the pillows embroided with the emblem of Aigeis, so chic. And last but not least, Marina is a real welcoming hostess, still ready to satisfy your queries and your needs. we recommend it. Carlo and Angelo

Everything was perfect

If I could give even higher review score, I would! The property is absolutely beautiful. If you want to disconnect, relax, enjoy the silence and a stunning sea view, this is definitely a place for you. But property without a great host is nothing, and that’s where Fotini comes in. She is THE best host we ever had, and we travel a lot. From the first contact she left an amazing impression, and it got even better. She cares for her guests and it really shows. Highly recommend this place! ❣️

Really nothing bad to say - Everything was amazing!

We really enjoyed the location (in the middle of nature, very calm and relaxed), the communication with Fotini and Marina, who were both SO nice, the appartment itself was gorgeous, had a wonderful bathroom and a sunbet with an amazing view - there‘s just amazing things to mention about this place!

The bed wasn't very comfortable - a little too hard for me. The rooms were very high up the mountain -great views but a car or motorbike/quad bike is needed.

The little extra touches made it very welcoming - homemade marmalade and liqueur made by the owner Marina who was very friendly and helpful.. Very boutique style. Lovely seating area outside the room. Great views.

I will start from location: It is 10 km away from the touristic area, up on the hill where you have the most beautiful view in your life! There is a beach with clearest water just 1km away. We spent a lot of time there. Villa itself is another reason to say more compliments!! We did not regret a single time we booked it! U have privacy, comfort, peace and joy there! I was there with my best friend and we absolutely were in love! The host Marina is so kind and attentive! She was cleaning our place every day, gave us her home made honey and orange jam, helped with car. I highly recommend this place for couples or for people who want to have a peaceful vacation! Advice for travelers: car is a must on this island - we got ours for 35euro per day. And a lot of Prosecco! :)

if you like to sleep in full darkness is it not possível because the window is like old style and the upper side is permanent open.

The owners are always available and happy to help us. the view is really awesome and you can enjoy really good moments at the deck.

The bathroom did not have any window for natural light and better air circulation. Unpaved road/ pathway of the location.
