I think the breakfast can be improved since they use low quality products and there is nothing fresh. I expected at least some fresh bread, it was ok though.

That’s a great property, exactly like photos. The room was very spacious and spotless, the pool is clean and the views are spectacular, you can enjoy the sunset right from the swimming pool and don’t need to deal with the crowds in Oia Castle. The location is good enough considering the price, it’s 15 min to the beginning touristic street and 25 min to the center. I strongly recommend. The staff are so friendly. Especially the reception.

There was an issue with the drain in our bathroom . The first night we both had a shower the bathroom flooded completely , we were paddling to the toilet ! We told the hotel who came and cleaned it up . On the final/ second morning of our stay after using the sink and the toilet raw sewage and water was coming up through the drain across the floor. Bring your own tea/ coffee , none is provided in the room. The soap / shower gel provided in the bathroom is very watery . The breakfast is basic.

We liked our room , it was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a spectacular sea view. The lady on reception was great , very friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful , with a decent size pool , very comfortable sun loungers, all well maintained and clean. It is peaceful and we often had it to ourselves and we particularly loved the sun loungers facing the amazing view. We enjoyed the walk into Oia along the cliff tops , with stunning views, takes about half an hour . The path starts opposite the turning to the hotel off the main road. We also discovered another nice quiet path if you turn right out of the hotel entrance . It’s cuts out some, but not all , of the walking next to the busy road. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km walk . The roof terrace for breakfast was also lovely .

Outside steps need white marker to highlight as trip hazard. Room 21, creaky bed. Breakfast is bizarre, a plastic tray with minimal effort and a teaspoon of Greek yogurt, cold hard boiled egg, square of cheese, plastic croissant and watery coffee. Receptionist at best unhelpful, doesn’t know about taxis, buses - ‘look at timetable!’ Didn’t respond to Booking.com enquiry until we had left. No information in rooms such as local restaurants, supermarket, walks etc or personal touches, watery shower gel. Staff seem to run the villa for their convenience rather than the guests.

Very clean, well maintained - start of season, so maintenance staff have done a good job. Pool area nice and mostly quiet. Good location out of busy Oia but tricky getting back from Oia because of road.

Breakfast was sparce. Prepackaged sweets, they should serve fresh local baked goods. Teeny amount of greek yogurt, they should give more reasonable amount. Most hotels in Greece give you more for breakfast, they would be wise to do like the other places.

Close to Oia shops and restaurants, to walk or drive. Pool area and view was wonderful. Room was comfortable and clean. Our 2nd time here.

No cooking facilities even though self catering,rooms very basic not quite like photos,no cutlery,lack of toilet paper, funny smell in room,breakfast very basic all cold foods,felt a bit like school dinners served on a tray. No music by pool, drinks very expensive from fridge.

Nice looking apartments from outside. Lovely seating on roof terrace, nice pool and sunbeds. Great bus service near.

Carrying the heavy bags to our rooms were an issue as there is no ramp provided to pull the baggage's, except steps. However the hotel staff were very courteous in helping us out with our bags. Request the management to look into this matter and make the amenities disable friendly.

We could not visit the pool though it was looking nice. Our breakfast was quite decent considering the fact that we are vegetarians, though we would have appreciated few more choices. Overall everything was fine.

Great location, only a 10/15 min walk to Oia Or The bus stop is right outside of the hotel . It’s just under 2 euros to get the bus to fira. 4 of us stayed in the sea view room with loft. Nice clean room, good shower & lovely view. Only 1 wardrobe space to hang clothes though, so that wasn’t great for 4 guests. The pool area was nice, we stayed in September so it wasn’t overly busy, so we always got a sunbed. We had breakfast each day towards the end of the morning & there was always enough left for us to eat. Pastries, fruit, toast, cereal, & some omelettes. Tea, coffe & juices.

Beds were very uncomfortable, has a hard time sleeping, there was this light above the door that shine all night and couldn’t turn off.

Lovely gray painted paved walk but it was hard to see the difference. Best to add white paint to avoid falls. Add a chain or block next to the parking lot. More variety of hot breakfasts. Less housekeeping for people who stay more than 3 days. Softer towels (they’re hanged dry & makes them hard to use). Music & dancing floor in a bar would be helpful to its quiet nights.

Very minimal conveniences provided. No milk for tea and coffee. The breakfast area was poorly set up and when food ran out it was difficult to get more. There were some lovely restaurants within walking distance but the staff didn’t advise about them and suggested going much further afield for meals. Staff were brusque but perhaps this was due to a language barrier. This accommodation is not close to the main part of Oia (a little too far to walk).

Not a caldera View....other side of island. But still a great hotel.

Agnadi View Villa is an amazing hotel. Christina at reception is fantastic. Friendly service and always ready to help. Lovely pool area. The hotel is situated in Finikia. Bus stop right outside hotel to go to Oia. You can't really walk to Oia....bit far. If you take the bus, you will have to take a bus in Oia go to Fira and then back to Agnadi View Villa. Not possible to take the bus straight from Oia back to hotel. Busses are readily available. Stunning restaurants in Finikia, a short walk from the hotel.

A bit slow on stocking bathroom with more shower gel. We stayed for a week and had to ask twice for clean towels.

Breakfast had a good variety in the morning and you could go upstairs for a good sea view . It was a 20 minute walk into town which can be far for some. A taxi back is expensive as it’s a one way street.

Not particularly about the hotel, more of the location. So it’s 15 minutes walk to go to oia, and 5 mins ride with taxi / bus. What we don’t know when it was late at night the road back is quiet dark, if we’re not feeling like walking back, it cost €25 per person for taxis or €40 with Uber. Which is ridiculous.

We love Christine, she took care of us with everything, transport, check in and luggages. The location is 15 minutes walk to oia. The room has a cool air conditioning so perfect when it was a bit hot for summer!
